Opel vehicles have been removed from this version, while some new tracks, new weather/time of day, new game modes such as "Gathering Mode" were added to arcade mode and "Special Time Triggered Events" for online.

@PZT Thanks for the answer ! I added these games, not sure about Arctic Thunder because I try to add games that have exclusive content or life changing stuff that really enhance the experience making them 100% definitive compared to others versions. Graphics is a subjective thing, xbox has a huge chunk of library that looks much better making me forget about ps2 or gamecube versions, but it doesn't work like that for everyone.

Arctic Thunder apparently has graphics on-par with the original arcade machine on Xbox and the PS2 version doesn't according to Wikipedia
also, Loons: The Fight for Fame
Senjou Yousei Yukikaze has a PC port but I bet it's impossible to find and broken on modern hardware
Virtua Cop 3, sort of? It's an arcade game with Xbox-based hardware and a canceled home port but you can play it on a modded Xbox with the 128MB RAM upgrade, only way to play it at home
