I played this recently and was surprised by how "not good" it was... I remember playing this 8 or 9 years ago and I loved this game. I'm a bit disappointed by what age did to this game. This anniversary edition, I'm sure, enhances the quality of the game but it's still not good enough to make it look like a game of today's generation. Seems too raw for me

I don't know what score to give to this so far.
About 3h in and I still feel like something is missing.
Perhaps it's just not my type of game

What to say about this game...

I think this was a big thing when it came out but I don't know that many people who played this for years (except for one. She was a shy girl except when playing this - she became a monster every time).

The only thing I liked when playing this was to create my avatars. I would spend hours looking for cute items and hairstyles to add them to my wishlist. I had no purpose in life even back then

This was a lot of fun at the time!
It was one of my first MMORPGs and even though I don't remember playing this with any friends, playing it by myself and meeting people in the game was more than enough.

That theme song was really cool too!

So far it is a really enjoyable game.

The visuals are nice and the game-play is very fun, even if you're trapped in dungeons for a while.

What frustrates me in this game is the difficulty (I am not sure if it changes as you level up). The enemies are too strong at the beginning so you can easily die with 3 blows.
The battle system, although challenging, can be improved with the amount of weapons you have (distributed between characters). You can evolve weapons and change them (synthesizing your weapons isn't as fun though because it could be done in a faster way, instead of taking all those steps).

Characters-wise and plot-wise it is not its forte. It's what you would expect from Japanese games (surely not bad but not amazing either). It's a very simple game in terms of this.

In terms of enjoyment it doesn't disappoint and I can easily recommend this game for people who like playing on the PS2.

I had played this game when it came out but was never able to finish it. So today I decided to play it for the first time in years and actually finished it in less than 3 hours.

The gameplay is very limited as there's barely any interaction with your environment.
Visually and plot-wise it's very boring too!

I think that the sounds are the best thing about this game (except when you get trapped in a room, at the end of the game. The use of scary sounds in that room made me stressed out of how annoying it was)

I believe this is way more fun when playing with friends. The LAN connection, however, is not working properly for many people making it unplayable in the same house.

Graphically it's not particularly appealing and there's not much to do in terms of game-play.

I think that when the first game came out it was a huge deal for its time. Having played the first 3 in the last weeks there was not much to see in this newer version. It's a bit of the same but with better graphics and visuals.

The plot is excused (with the cutscenes we have a better understanding of what is going on but I wouldn't say it's a good thing)

I never understood how it worked but I caught myself playing this every time I was bored

That cover image doesn't ring a bell but I used to play this as a kid. It was a free game that came with most computers and it was catchy because of its colors and lights. It wasn't particularly impressive but it was memorable, in a time where it was harder to obtain games.

I still remember the sounds of this game.

Another one that I used to watch in elementary school. The game was very different from a lot of others for the GB and that kinda interested me.

It's not an amazing game but it's good to test your "balance" skills

I was expecting something different about SoR3 compared to the previous games (the more sequels there are, the worse they usually are). I don't think that I was wrong about this one.

The game is harder than the other ones. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing but it's not like the previous games were that easy either. Even Easy Mode is difficult in this one.

Just like in the previous games, you spend half of the time getting beaten by your teammate

Played this one when I was looking for something scary for the Android. It's a bit ridiculous but super short

One of the most charming games I've tried for the android.
It's not a quick game as you need to understand what to do but it's beautiful artistically. The sounds are very nice and thought of.

It's not a game for everyone. The world is small and it's mostly a game about finding clues and where to go next. However, it's still worth mentioning as it's one of the most unique I've found (for the android)

This was one of the most talked horror games at one point and being a fan of horror I had to play it.

I got bored really quickly and the graphics made me dizzy (damn motion sickness). But I remember the first time I played it: I had to hide in a wardrobe because of that horrible scary creature. I still remember those minutes I spent in that damn wardrobe.
