Closest to modern silent hill we'll get

I think Chris chan would like this game.

The best Kuon sequel I could ask for

For me, this is a perfect game. Although it has issues, I'm just absolutely obsessed with it.

2016

I don't like fps games that much but the game designers are legendary.

I don't care for platformers all that much and in the sea of indie platformers, this actually stands out. Even people who like to take political opinions into their video games can really enjoy this one and maybe cry.

It was so bad that it made me appreciate persona 4. Music is decent, atmosphere is spot on. The UI designer is godly. The characters are shallow and nothing like any of the old persona characters. So many things just remind me of the "don't think, just consume" audience. I understand why it's popular for young Japanese men but I don't entirely get the obsession in the West. If the reason you like the game is it's comfy and you don't think too much about it, sure. But as soon as you apply any logical thinking to the characters and their actions, the fun of it is gone. I have a hard time shutting my brain off especially for games about the characters, their development, and the story. If you're a gameplay Chad then it's okay, it's very easy, especially on the hardest difficulty since you can one shot most things.

My only complaint is I wish there was more. Each Lord reflects a different genre of horror, kind of. It was like a different designer for each Lord and on the first playthrough it was excellent. I have about 160 hours in it from having fun going through the story, self imposed challenges like knife run, and speedrunning. I'm a terrible consumer for all thing resident evil, but this really is a good game even on it's own.

There really wasn't a point where I was bored. The pacing was really well done and fairly straightforward. I'm happy there was a sense of challenge and variety.
