Great survival horror. Play this version over the Redux.

Really brave to make a game where every single action feels like you're moving through treacle.

The best Fable and I will fight anybody over this. Magic is worse than in 1 but everything else is supreme. I really, REALLY wish more games would do a clothing system like this where you can prioritise fashion over combat stats.

God I just cannot get into this. I loved Wild World and New Leaf but I constantly feel like I'm under pressure to do busy work as I gather resources and decorate EVERY part of the island. Just not the relaxing experience I got with the other two.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE world-building, atmosphere and main story. Fucking dire side quests and dungeons, Oblivion and Skyrim are weaker overrall but even they win in this regard. I'm also tired of people defending the combat system, it's completely functional and balanced sure but it looks visually jarring and has every reason to be criticised because of it.

It's like playing a mediocre coming-of-age movie.

Had a really weird realisation the other day that this is my game of the year. Really enjoy how weighty the combat feels and how tense stealth is when you're encountering Seraphites or Clickers. Didn't think the plot was all too bad either despite the very vocal criticism it got, by the end I actually preferred Abbie to Ellie.

Surprised how much I enjoyed this. The setting/premise was really stupid but I really liked it anyway.

This is 90% based on nostalgia but I'm fully of the belief the series peaked here. There was some good choices in 8 but all that says to me is that the series went so wrong in 6 and 7. Irrelevant because I know in my heart all musou games suck.

This is the Zelda I played the most when I was 10, therefore it is the best one.

This is the best Kingdom Hearts and I'll die on this hill. No other game nailed the synergy between FF and Disney as well as this one. Overall 1, CoM and 2 create a solid trilogy. The rest don't need to exist.

Zero had me absolutely hooked and ready for more from this franchise. This game instantly killed that.

This is a review for Runescape circa 07/08 since that's when I was mostly playing. What a great MMO, nearly every quest is a great mixture of puzzles, various skills and combat compared to other MMO's where the quests are mostly just checklists. Also takes an obvious inspiration from Monkey Island for its humour which is always a plus. My HOTTEST gaming take is that the Wilderness worked best as an incredibly dangerous PvE area rather than a full PvP one.

Definitely recommend checking out the Nexus for this before playing, there's only a handful of mods but they're all pretty good. Very, very well written and atmospheric game but it's all surrounded by some mediocre gameplay.

It's not good. People always say 'oh but the gameplay makes up for the lack of plot!' but the gameplay sucks too. Mobile game-tier system for unlocking upgrades and copy-paste levels in samey bases. Really not a fan.
