Amazing as hell dlc that provides challenging bosses and such immersive new areas to explore

The most fun I've had was playing this game with my friends and talking so much shit/raging at them

Ah, man. You'd think I would've learned my lesson with preordering super overhyped games after Cyberpunk 2077. I guess old habits die hard.

This game went under my radar way back when I was in high school, and watching the very first trailer released for it I was blown away not only by the various enemy varieties by also by eccentric yet memorable art direction. To be honest, I am a bit sad that they switched the art direction from this creepy survival game vibe to more of what seems live action themed one with quippy one liners and Call of Duty scenes (the crash of the train car, for example).

I will admit I did have fun exploring the map, and I will say the research complexes are the best parts - an easy way for the devs to implement and show these fucked up science experiments and to let their creative direction run wild.

Graphics are beautiful, and I will say the opening scene/area reminded me a lot of Bioshock Infinite's Columbia with introducing this fictional picturesque world before everything goes to shit.

Combat was alright, though I will admit once you utilize the Electro + Zvezdochka combo you literally win the game with the emp blast + melee swings replenish energy combo being wicked busted. Easily the most frustrating thing in this game is the repair bots system in the overworld- which pretty much mitigates any robots you've destroyed and any progress you make. And they don't even have a cooldown or limited amount to spawn in, it's literally endless until the destroyed robot is fully repaired!

I know people have already complained about the awful writing and the even worse English dubbed audio for this game, so I'm not gonna go more in - depth with it. I just want to comment on the protagonist being so fucking unlikeable - and I get that not every protagonist has to be a goody two shoes overly nice person but this dude will literally be such a dick for no reason (Like when he would ask a question to his glove companion then proceeds to get annoyed at the answer for the question he asked for in the goddamn first place.)

Lastly, I gotta talk about the endings man because fuck man did they fumble the bag. It's clear that they wanted to set the ending up to be hinting towards a sequel or something else, but fuck does it feel so rushed or they probably had something else in mind.

Honestly, not the worst game I've played however another big letdown for me. I will say that it is very impressive that Mundfish was able to create something like this as their first game though, and I actually am looking forward to potential future projects they have.

I'll never forgive you Carlos for getting a crit with your Blastoise and winning the match fuck you

Let me just start with saying this was a fun game for me. That said, it's not the best game I've played.

Let me start off with the pros. Night city is gorgeous to look at and to travel around, and I was honestly surprised to see that it still looked pretty decent with reduced graphics. The music is one of CB 2077's biggest pros. Silverhand's theme and radio Vexelstorm are my personal favorites. There's also so much to do in Night City, so many side gigs and side missions to keep you busy with work. Combat was alright, I found gunplay to be passable but since I was running a melee build I had some issues. Mostly how rigid and janky it felt to run to enemies and melee them. Honestly a dash button forward and backward would've been much appreciated, as running towards enemies ends in you overshotting your double jump or having to slowly creep towards enemies with your charged up attack as examples. The katanas were surprsingly really fun to use however, as they compensate for melee's low range.

As for the cons....
The cops system honestly ruined most of the immersion for me. The fact that they just teleport out of thin air as soon as you commit a crime on civies just catches you off guard and it's so dumb. The customization for both character and outfits were a bit lacking in my opinion. Keanu Reeves did a phenomenal job of voicing Silverhand, but a small nitpick was when there wasn't enough anger in the voice during some scenes. Again, small nitpick and I'm not downplaying his voice acting as a whole. Honestly, not many game breaking glitches happened in my game, and I though it was funny seeing the other glitches that happened to other people. Adam Smasher, who was hyped up and feared throughout the game was also a bit of a cakewalk. Having Weyland with me on the mission just made things pretty easy to chunk down his health. Lastly, the ending I got was an 'eh' for me. It wasn't too bad, but it got me feeling for something a bit different.

Hype has once again smashed another game down, this release honestly made me think back to No Man's Sky. CD Project Red's decisions on certain things after the game's release were a bit questionable, however I feel as though it's not my place to judge them on it. I wouldn't say I'm disappointed with how this game came out, but there's there indescribable feeling I have of how it'd be a bit different. I'm still glad I was able to play this game during this unfortunate time of a pandemic, and managed to maintain motivation to play it despite it's setbacks.

All in all, this game is a penis2 out of 10

Amazing gunplay and Elizabeth is best ai controlled ally by far.

The fast pacing, the beautiful and vibrant high contrast locations, the quirky cast of characters, the amazing sounding ost, and the constant thought of knowing you can get a better time - that's what makes Neon White so much fun and addicting

Top quality story telling(plot), eccentric yet memorable characters, diverse ways of finishing the game, and has a very nice collection of mods for it. Strongly recommend this game

Women in Liyue/Inazuma are built diff, but even they can't carry this gacha game high enough

This game on the wii was laughably bad LMAO

Bro i was in electrical doing wires

Got worse with the amount of micro transactions. Still was pretty fun tho

Playing this in hard mode made me lose my mind

The only thing more tedious than restocking on scrap/ammo to repair your inventory that is falling apart is getting a backpack upgrade. Lmao fuck this game

A fun and cute game with it's cast of quirky characters, strategy based potion mixing mode, high intensity card minigame, and rewarding dating sim system.
