Game Challenge:
You play x amount of games released in y.
...y is the year you where born.
...x is the age you are turning.

I'll add notes to an entry when I'm 'done' with the title in question.

Idea completely plagiarized from Gomit

This ain't for me dog. Didn't really care about the visuals or soundtrack.(that one especially shocked me to discover) Constantly ran past key items and having to figure out how to retrace your steps to them was goddamn agony! The combat? Also complete agony!
Gave up 4 hours in. Gameplay was almost weirdly repetitive and lacking, especially for a pre-aught's PC game. Which usually are complex, with big capital letters. Maybe even too complicated sometimes. That single town track was literally the highlight. Also only one save file. Need i say more?

Perhaps 2 will be better.

MDK

The gog version refuses me progress in the slightest. Crashes like every 10 minutes. Might try and look for a PSX copy instead.
Quite a bit of mechanical complexion and loads of fun for the short run-time. Just don't replay to experience the other routes. Differences between the three routes are so miniscule, there's essentially zero reason for it.

Don't go in expecting Metal Slug.
It's very fun, if quite monotonous. Can imagine It'll add new facilities later in the game, which will probably just add more tedium rather than interesting gameplay variety. So dropped off half way through it.
