Turnip Boy takes its main inspiration from classic Zelda games and other 16-bit games to provide a decent and short experience. The fetch quest nature of the game can become tiring quickly but the game's short length helps in that regard. There are enough interesting characters, dungeons, collectibles, and puzzles to keep the game engaging, combined with a very simple (in the surface) story that surprisingly becomes interesting and dark.

Recommended if you are into classic Zelda-like games and if you find this on sale considering how short the game is.

Not the best kart racer out there. Makes decent use of the license with different beloved characters from the classic comic strip but controls and physics are bad (tanky and slightly unresponsive). Track design is uninspiring and overall bland. Items feature your standard kart racer types such as boosts and projectile type of attack/defense items.

Graphics are decent.
Overall, not a good kart game but could be worth exploring if you are a fan of the comics and wait for a deep sale (game can be purchased for a dollar or two when it's on a deep sale).

Follows the same line as the original NeoGeo AES release featuring over the top characters and locations, as well as fast paced gameplay. There are nods to not only the original game but the same time era and it's great. Just like the original, it offers fun and short pick-up-and-play sessions that are fun in short bursts.

This is yet another indie game triumph in the sense that the game delivers a great overall product featuring an interesting (yet simple) story, dark setting, challenging but rewarding gameplay, and good soundtrack.

Despite its dark and gloomy nature, the game and its characters have a lot to show. This is a must play if you are into challenging (yet fair and rewarding) adventure games.

Fun free to play first person shooter. For being a free game, the gameplay and content are great so I'm not surprised at the popularity and success of this game. Like many other reviews say, this is basically an online competitive first-person shooter blending Halo and Portal elements. The result is surprisingly good; definitely worth checking out considering it's free and can provide several hours of entertainment.

Love the relaxing atmosphere of the game conveyed by its visuals and soundtrack. Gameplay is nothing extraordinary (mix and matching puzzle pieces) but the presentation elevates this game to a whole new level. The game does keep track of best times so you can challenge yourself to see how fast you can assemble the puzzles but personally this game served as a background game while watching TV/sports for me.

Really glad I held on the temptation of buying this on the PS4 since I had a gut feeling a PS5 enhanced version would come out at some point.

GoT is a fantastic PlayStation exclusive that combines a good story and setting with great combat and gameplay. The most outstanding components of this game are the graphics and the presentation which had me amazed as I played through the game. The variety in nature settings, weather effects and different times of day made up for an amazing canvas of pictures and short clips to showcase the beauty and graphical skills of the developers in this game.

Overall the combat can be on the challenging side but the game it's fair as long as you abide by the different stances to face different enemies.

This game was a very pleasant surprise and is worth the attention of tactical and strategy RPG players.

The game takes its tabletop RPG influences and creates a very unique package that combines gameplay elements ranging from RPG turn-based tactical battles similar to XCOM games, to micromanagement of your party members dividing teams to scout different world areas and obtain materials, resources, and even new party members. The story is somewhat procedural generated thanks to the different traits and personalities each party members have giving each campaign its own customized feel. There is even a card deck element after each mission that requires some thought in order to avoid enemy forces gaining strength.

Overall, this game has a unique combination of mechanics that are put together very well...highly recommended!

Played and beat on the arcades. Decent animations and effects from the arcade machine (rumbling seats and weapons). After you beat all 3 campaigns a fourth one opens to get the real ending.

This is a short indie low budget horror game that takes less than 2 hours to complete. The presentation is simplistic and interesting, featuring monochromatic scenes that resemble the graphics and art direction of old Macadventure games of the late 80s. Gameplay is set to point and click, moving between tiles and featuring puzzle solving by collecting items. Despite being very simple in its presentation, the game is fairly effective when it comes to horror elements by introducing sudden deaths and chase sequences that require the player to run and hide similarly to the Outlast games.

Cons for this game is the frequency and repetitiveness of the chase sequences which are abused later in the game, hindering the player progress; as well as the lack of detail for a lot of the 'squares' that comprise the Salazar house in the map. I wish more rooms and puzzles were added to extend the gameplay but overall this is worth checking out considering the low price point.

Teacup is short game that sets the player on an adventure to find different ingredients for a tea party. This is done by side-scrolling exploration gameplay mixed with puzzles and completing sidequests for the different townsfolk.

The game features great art and a soothing soundtrack that are perfect for the easy going nature of the game. This is the perfect game to play with young ones so if you have any kids and/or younger siblings this game is definitely a great introduction to video games in general due to the simple gameplay (although I can see some puzzles being on the tough side for younger audiences).

The only con I have for this game is the relatively short nature to complete to price ratio. This game can be completed in 2 hours so in my opinion the asking price might be a big too steep considering the game offers little to no replay value.

Toree 3D is a budget bite-sized 3D platformer that can be beat in under an hour.
The game offers an addicting replay value of going back to the levels and obtaining A or S ranks by speedrunning them. What makes the game fun are the accurate physics while controlling the character, for a budge indie title they very impressive and on-point. Graphics and soundtrack are good in their own way and style.

A Short Hike is a very pleasant indie adventure game that can be completed in a couple hours. The game is void of challenge for the most part but the relaxed nature of the game is what makes it special combined with the easy soundtrack and charming characters. Even though the game keep story and character development to a bare minimum, you still establish interesting connections with NPCs via simple sidequests that are all summarized at the end of your journey. Graphics are interesting and definitely have a Nintendo DS-era texture influence.

Highly recommended as a palate cleanser to play in-between (or after) long and stressing games.

Very short (can be completed in less than 10 minutes) indie 3D platformer lacking any sort of challenge but full of charm.

This game is available for free (with ads) on both Android and Web browsers but I decided to support the developer and get the Steam version. Thanks to its cloud saves you can freely continue playing in your phone or computer at work or wherever you go. This is a very addicting idle game inspired by Runescape that has the perfect amount of things to do whether you want to play casually or go all-in. Additionally, the developer is great at updating the game and providing new features over time thus increasing/extending the lifespan of the game. Highly recommended is you enjoy idle games since this is one of the best and most 'fair' idle games out there.
