This game is the true open-universe experience. The game makes an incredible effort into giving every single planet something unique but not off-putting. The exploration and loading times are pretty much non-existent and more than once have I been shocked by how well the game made it seem like I was really exploring a completely different universe. The amount of stars not to mention planets is completely unimaginable. There are millions (literally) of solar systems. I tried exploring all the universe in the interface map and I couldn't see even a 0.001% of all there was in 30 minutes of just moving around the map. Being able to be the first person to truly discover something in a videogame is an amazing experience and this game really rewards you for it. This game is a must try, an amazing experience.

This game keeps surprising you at every stage. It has so much depth that it makes you keep wanting to discover more every time. It has so many bosses, weapons, armours, materials, craftables items that you will never get bored. The game is not easy by any means despite its apparently innocent aesthetic. Really good game with count;ess hours of content.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this game. Coming onto it, I didn't expect much, given that Fallout 3 is considered better and how Fallout 76 was such a flop. Surprisingly the game is quite fun. The atomosphere is extremely immersive and convincing. The gunplay is nothing exciting but at least the guns are distinct and fun enough os that you don't get bored. The dog is quite useless and often bugs through stuff but I guess it was a nice addition to the game. I prefer how the skill tree system works in the Elder Scrolls rather than Fallout. It often becomes confusing and not very intuitive.

The story offers a couple of variations which from what I could tell, were quite different. I don't quite like how in games like this you can sort of get softlocked when encountering lots of enemies with few resources. Overall a very pleasant game.

This game has a lot of elements that make you feel powerful and badass. The combat and movement is pretty satisfying. I thought it was kind of weird how some of the most basic and cool abilities where hidden in optional areas. I explored a fair amount and only discovered one of the optional abilities. The maze level is amazing and some of the other areas where cool though they suffered from repetition quite a lot. Story is confusing as it is common with these games and it always gets to a point where it tries so hard to be confusing and incomprehensable that it ends up being too much for its own. Also checkpoints should be placed in more convenient places. Overall a really good game.

A really fun game with a lot of charm. The game offers an unconventional story and characters in an interesting way. The abilities the game gives you are for the most part but some of them are either a bit useless or a bit awkward to use. Also some of the abilities are used only for very specific moments and sometimes it is not really clear when to use them. The amount of varied scenaries is really interesting. For the most part the game is fun though some missions did seem that drew out for too long or were a bit boring. Overall a really fun game, I'm looking forward to play the second one.

The coolest hack n slash game you'll ever play. The amount of badass, over-the-top attacks and combos this game offers is ridiculously fun. You can attack with akimbo rocket launchers, a motorcycle or convertible nun-chucks. The game offers a quick paced, short duration missions which are really entertaining, though the story itself is pretty inexistent for the amount of playtime the game offers, though the story doesn't really matter. You get to play as 3 characters and they have so much depth and personality that it sometimes feel like you're playing 3 different games. Really fun and over-the-top game.

It has the essence of a GTA but embodied in a teenager scene. The humour is Rockstar peak as always and it always is almost crossing the line on what is acceptable. Gameplay wise it is clearly meant for controller, not for PC. The missions are quite fun however the game crashed a lot while I played it so unfortunately I didn't finish it but I got to at least 50% of the story. Overall a really fun game.

One of the defining games of the survival-horror genre. The game has quite the atmosphere but it drifts more to the side of action than it does to the side of horror. Gameplay wise the game is really satisfying in terms of effects and overall game sensation, though sometimes it did feel a bit unfair, specially when you got "soft-locked" in a level where you didn't have enough resources to face the enemies. The story is quite interesting though it really follows the repetitive structure of most horror games, do this, go there, it didn't work so go there to fix it, to fix it you need an id card and by the time you completed all the side quests to complete the main you already forgot what your main objective was. Visually is pretty stunning and for the year it was released in (the original), the amount of innovation in this game is pretty huge.

Fun game, the pioneer of the FPS ability based competitive envirnment such as CS:GO, Overwatch, Valorant etc. The game has a really fun atmosphere to it, really ragdolly physics and the weapons are fun for the most part. Being a hitscan player, I did kind of missed having a consistent way of dealing damage at range without the Sniper. Overall a fun experience though I didn't play it much since I've already played countless hours of Overwatch and I've had my fair share of these kind of games.

A really punishing roguelike. Though the aesthetics and overall vibe of the game might seem casual, the gameplay is not. There are so many things that can make you take a hit in this game that you really have to take it slow unless you are very skilled. However, the game has a timer so to speak where a ghost will haunt you and kill you if you spend too much time in a room. This didn't quite seem fitting specially for the nature of exploring in each level. Due to its procedural nature and roguelike hazards, there are many times where you are essentially either softlocked or forced to take a hit which can sometimes seem unfair. I think this game would benefit a lot from removing the ghost and from gaining health in some other way rather than saving the chick that, more often than not results in you taking a hit. Overall a fun roguelike with some issues.

A really satisfying FPS with an interesting concept for a story. Characters have a lot of depth and the story is quite fun. The combat feels really responsive and the variety of weapons gives you a wide flexibility to encounter enemies. The concept of an akimbo sniper rifle is quite funny. I really enjoyed my time with this game and both the level design and pacing distribution was really well made.

As the name suggests, it is a high speed, high adrenaline game. If you want to feel like a speedrunner without actually being one, this is the game. The game really dives into the movement mechanics not only with the level design but with the abilities and enemies they make you encounter. Most enemies are really straight forward but some of them actually makes you think if you can use them both for platforming or to kill other enemies. The speed of the game is never dialed down and, even in the least action based sequences you don't feel like slowing down. Something I didn't quite like was how the bosses were made. For a game that is exclusively based on movement, some bosses really felt out of place. It would've been more fun if all bosses in the game followed the structure of the first one. Overall a really fun and reflexes based game.

2022

If it weren't for some enemies and some puzzles this would barely be considered a game. Its gruesome and nightmarish look to it really conveys the feeling of uncomfortability and terror. The art in this game is what really carries this game. The map layout and the objective for each respective section is extreemely unclear. Really unsettling game and other than the art I don't think it offers much.

Fast paced non-stop action. One of the best movility based games I've played. The game is really short but it offers a surprising amount of content and challange. It doesn't have much abilities but the ones the game has, have a lot of synergy between them. The encounters and arenas are carefully designed so that you use the full range of abilities and synergies. The final boss can be quite chaotic but it plays in a very interesting way.

Fun little game to play with friends. It has a fun gimmick with the shooter and cards combination but the card balancing seems a bit off. The duality of gameplay can be a little counterproductive to the shooting like experience the game has since many times you don't have enough time to analyze and combine the cards in the best way possible. I really like the diegetic interface for the menu and the artstyle. Gameplay is fun but I don't think the game offers a lot of content.
