i see why its such a beloved game, but my god it really is from that era of "buy the strategy guide, kids"

I wish this whole game was as good as Green Hill Zone :/

I’m nowhere near finished with this game but wanted to just leave a review for the newest entry in one of my favourite series. Gran Turismo has been a constant throughout the time I’ve been a fan of games, and from GT3 and the early PS1 titles I was hooked.

GT Sport on PS4 was good, but felt more like a spinoff than a mainline title as it just didn’t have the credentials to fit with the same vibe that GT games carry. GT7 is a magnificent return to form, and a love letter to all fans of this series. From returning songs from old games, license tests with the difficulty of older GT titles, great menu themes, it feels like GT of old, but with new additions like ray tracing, the café, which makes the game feel like an RPG in a way with the “fetch quests” you have to do, and a change in the usual formula, it feels new and fresh.

You can tell they took their time here, and really wanted this to be the best game they could put out, I haven’t played a GT with this level of detail before and I honestly think it could trump GT3/4 as my favourite in the series, but only time will tell. I am just so glad they got this right and I hope to be playing this game for years to come.

Controls are a bit clunky but it's still a fine Mario game, I like the shooter levels too. The problem is just that it's short and doesn't offer much any other doesn't.

Literally just Super Mario Bros 1 with more annoying level design, and less of an excuse as they had 3 years to improve on the first game. At least the other Super Mario Bros 2 had a few fun parts.

Although Iron Giant shouldn’t be fighting, the fact that he’s paired with Superman shows that someone on the development team actually watched Iron Giant which is more than you can say for Ready Player One

This game was so good I had too much fun playing it. It was truly an amazing experience, and I'd love it if I could play this game for the first time again.

The last 10 minutes of this game make the entire game worth it. Not saying the rest was boring at all, but everything culminates in such an amazing package that is rare to see in video games.

excellent collection of short but sweet adventures (fuck great cave offensive tho)

This game is true art. This game saved my marriage. This work of art saved me from my darkest days. this is better than any game ever made. It tops Morbius for the best piece of art ever made. one mobillion? Try ninety nine gortillion. Gorilla save the King!

After watching Dominion i never want to play this game

Whoever designed this game clearly had a crash because their brakes failed.
