Don't know if it counts, but in Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, the last cutscene before the credits is the Kongs playing a song and celebrating DK's birthday party (minute 1:00), which I think is cool as hell.

There's dancing scattered throughout the ending credits for God Hand.
If i remember right, everyone at the end of ocarina of time is partying after you defeat ganon, majoras mask too i think. Really cool list idea!
Welcome to the Game 2 in the hardest mode ends with a dance party version of the ending.
When you get to the end of the "story" for Animal Crossing New Horizons DLC Happy Home Paradise, there's a dance party on the beach with a photo montage of all the designed locations.
