In this game you slam your Joystick Up and Down to the music which results in it hitting the inner plastic edge of the joystick hole on your controller, making a clacking sound IRL to the beat of the music in game. They were think wayyy outside the box when they came up with that man. Phheww they were oh so clever!

Anyways Mojika is goated with her darthmaul twinbrush thing. When people say we need more strong female characters in media I hope they take notes yall.

Basically Budokai 4 with some new Characters added but sadly also some got removed like Kid Goku or Supreme Kai.
Also there are no Dragon Rushes anymore but you have a new Dash Machanic.

I think the Budokai Series overall are very underrated Fighting games that take concepts from traditional 2D Fighting games and rework them to be more accessible and easy to understand for non fighting game players. Having Auto-Combos, just two Attack Buttons and a designated Special Move Button is something Street Fighter 6's modern Controlls are being praised for now in 2023 but these DBZ games did all that stuff in the mid 2000s. Speaking of SF6 the whole KI System is quite similar to the Drive System now that I think about it.

Seems to be based on the Nekketsu Dodgeball games but you play as famous historical people. The gameplay would have been okay as a novelty in the mid 80s but for a 2004 game it is just a bit too simple and not exciting enough.

It's just super turbo again with some minor changes and two """""""""""new"""""""""" characters.

The good news is that it's super turbo again. A game as classic as darts or billard. A game that in a perfect world every human should at least have played a few times in their lives. A game that should be installed in every type of public social place.

You can now also customize the color pallette of your character and switch between redrawn sprites and the original sprites. The new ones look kinda ugly and since the frame count of the animations isn't updated it just looks more like a cheap flashgame than anything. Still nice to have for visual variety.

I think this is a good game to be released for the switch since you can now take it to parties or gatherings (at least according to old commercials, oddly enough people don't really seem to use the switch as a handheld much these days)

I tried a pacifist run which is funny because the point of it is to kill all the viruses. Also I don't mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist but corona might actually have been a marketing gag for this game.

I only played a few minutes of it but it already "fetched me" yo!
Sometimes when you pause the minagirl straight up listens to eminem on her earbuds and the games logo is just a variation of the fosters logo.

Fine enough 4 Player Game with a great soundtrack. Fun for a few rounds but not outstanding.

Good 4 Player Party Play but this game is severly held back by its weird decision to not include a win condition.

Instead of the game ending with one player winnnig a certain amount of matches it just never ends so at some point you just decide to quit because you get bored.

This kills any amount of hype and tension the game would otherwise have. 3/5

Edit: Nah, I removed half a star because of how mad I am that this would possibly be a 5 star multiplayer game if it had a win condition.

The concept is actually genius l for a lewd game. You undress anime girls by cutting off their outfits piece by piece. The edgeloops of the character models being the path you walk along.

but after Stage 2 they decide to put alot of weird monsters in the game instead of anime girls so I dont know how to feel about that.

The game peaks with the Soul Edge Girl (which is also Stage 2) so you can stop after that. It only goes downhill from there.

The concept is okay but this is one of the most tedious and stressful games I have ever played and I can never look at anything NSFW now without getting PTSD. Thank you Kaneko -.-

If you just give him Ice he will spit fire. I did that over and over as a kid and laughed so hard everytime that the neighbors came and I also showed them this cool little trick. They passed on that knowledge to their kids.

The rockstar and suicide endings are cool too

Coop Mode is what makes it great. Also you can dance in front of towers to upgrade them. Disco!!!

I considered reaching Monkey Village as beating the game. But on youtube you can see runs that are obviously cheated of people going like 4 worlds past that. I don't know why the DEVs made more Worlds after Monkey Village when im pretty sure they are impossible to reach legitimately

Despite owning it for a long time I couldn't really get into this game for many years. One day I decided that I really wanna beat it and got pretty far but either bricked my run somehow or just couldn't figure out how to progress after many days of running in circles.

I think the game is kinda good if you really get into it. Maybe I should try the MSX Version someday
