Wonderful game. My first Yakuza game. Has a few issues for sure, but those are well overshadowed by just how much there is to love about it. Some of the most entertaining side-quest nonsense I have ever engaged in. Not many games make me laugh out loud and this game had me doing it all the time.

Many a drunken night I spent blasting freaks and building infrastructure. I never knew how much I wanted a game that blended combat and settlement building so much. I only wish the settlement building had been deeper and more complex. I sure sunk a lot of hours into placing useless furniture and wiring up lights around every settlement I could. Fun time.

Cool game that's very Civ-like but has more going on in the way of complicated royal family dynamics, similar to a Crusader Kings.

Hulk does indeed smash. A lot. It's pretty fun too. You can even launch yourself at enemies headfirst like a big ol' green, man-missile.

Darker in tone than Earthbound. Excellent and a bit understated. Episodic like Live A Live probably due to the involvement of Nobuyuki Inoue.

Good times with my boi Ray. What a summer.

If you are at all interested: BUY THIS GAME. 5 to 9 bucks is an absolute steal for this magnificent roguelike.

I love this game. The Spelunky-like gameplay is super fun and very welcome to me as I've wanted to play Spelunky but the visuals are very blah to me. This game's visuals I find captivating and drew me right in. Beautiful pixel are and the game comes with a built in crt filter in the options!

It was a magnificent surprise that it also has some absolutely bangin' chiptunes. Very happy the Steam release has the soundtrack in there.

Had my eye on this game for a while, the developer made one of my favorite games of all time, Echo of the Wilds. I think this developer is really underrated and are consistently pumping out games that should be way more popular than they are. For now they maintain hidden gem status.

Not fantastic, but it is a classic.

An underrated little game. I had a great time with it and think the graphics hold up surprisingly well.

I have never, in all my years, experienced the kind of satisfaction I experienced when I finally completed this game.

May you attain Enlightenment

I was deeply disappointed that there is no real interaction between the main characters during the game. I craved this and would likely have sunk dozens of hours into this game if it had had it. As it stands, I played about 9 hours and had a great time and decided I didn't want to play any more.

Where else can you play as God, kill all the other religions, and then leave the planet because the people don't need you anymore?

A lot of potential here. But the controls were bad.
