They were made with small budgets, they received middling review scores, AND they have undeniable faults. Yet, despite how overlooked and/or dismissed they are by most, each one provided me with a memorably good time. I had to try to not pull too many from my “Underrated and Overly Hated” list, but these are the games I consider to be flawed gems.
