Graces is criminally underrated within the series. The story is cliche, but whatever. What we're REALLY here for is a) the best battle system in any Tales game hands down, and b) Asbel and Richard's relationship. I don't even have to write the fanfic. It's all there, dudes. This game literally has a whole epilogue where they try to convince you Asbel is straight and it still failed.

ALSO, Sophie is my beautiful daughter and Cheria is a sweetheart. Pascal is questionable at first but she gets really good as the game goes on. Malik is alright. TBH I liked Hubert as a kid but as an adult I think he plays the devil's advocate on Reddit.

BUT LIKE THE GAMEPLAY????? It's so good. I adored the battle system. So underrated, this game slams, we love Graces in this house,

It's not a perfect game, but it means so much to me and I keep coming back to it periodically. Definitely my favourite of the Persona series.

This is basically a game for people who want to walk away from an explosion with all their best friends while wearing sunglasses. That's the feeling you get when you beat it.

This was my first ever Hitman game and I had a great time with it! I admire the creativity that went into this -- there are so many different ways to achieve your objective. For such a grim premise, many of the assassination methods are unexpectedly hilarious, so I can appreciate the dark humour as well. I surprised myself with how many times I replayed certain levels just to get all the different outcomes.

Not quite as good as Trendsetters but still very addictive

Tales of Vesperia has my whole heart. I cannot recommend it enough to JRPG enthusiasts. This was my second Tales, and while I loved playing Abyss before it, this was the one that cemented my obsession with the series.

- The central relationship between Yuri and Flynn is AMAZING. They go through their ups and downs, but they ultimately trust each other and serve as amazing narrative foils. Just A+ relationship here and it's impossible to not get invested
- Estelle goes through so much but she comes out the other side as a stronger person and it got me very emotional!! I admire her resilience so much and she is one of my favourite JRPG characters for that reason
- This is FOUND FAMILY: THE GAME. If you love the Found Family trope, you will adore this weird little guild and think about them constantly
- Judy is a babe and also SO fun to play as
- It's very gay it's so gay
- In general the gameplay is very fun and I enjoyed switching characters a lot
- I poured 90 hrs into this game and I was sad that it was over. Sad that there weren't another 90 hrs to go. Like...what.

overall play this game god i think about it so often

As someone who played the original Mineral Town to hell and back as a child, I was generally happy with this remake. They did a really good job to modernize the mechanics while preserving the spirit of the original. I did have to knock off some points for the way they simplified certain characters (as a Cliff fan, I felt like his faith played less of a role in his storyline) and also I really don't like some of the redesigns and new characters. Still, the QOL changes are really very good.

soooo many thoughts on returning to this nearly a decade later. still love the characters and gameplay, not so much the uh. blatant military propaganda? also ME1 garrus has uh CERTAINLY AGED in 2021. 2 is still the star of the trilogy by far, 1 was improved somewhat but still very clunky. it's far from perfect, but i can't help the smile that comes on my face when i gain a party member's loyalty or i open up the galaxy map and hear that beautiful music. tl;dr it's mixed feelings zone but 3.5 stars for commander shepard i still luv her

tentative rating cuz i haven't finished chiru yet.....i have many Thoughts. i think it's mostly very good and ch. 3 was especially engaging/twisty. the most interesting characters to me are the four aunts -- even if i don't like all of them as people, boy are they compelling and kept me turning the...text boxes? i also really liked the interactions between maria and ange -- those got to me. the questionable reality of it all and the absurd logic arguments between beatrice and battler were brain-melting in an incredibly fun way. i enjoyed the overall themes of empathy and generational trauma and i expect they will be explored further in the sequel.

the anime boobie jokes that creep in here and there are annoying as hell and take away from the commentary the game is trying to make about sexism. i also feel like there are too many minor characters. idk what purpose certain demons/furniture serve aside from fanservice...the chiester sisters, for instance, could've been condensed into one girl without much of value being lost (perhaps i'll eat my words when i'm done chiru). it also suffers from a lot of scenes that are unnecessarily long -- key word being unnecessarily. i love reading and have no issue with a work of fiction being wordy, just so long as all those words serve a point...but certain scenes just dragged on forever and i felt my eyes glazing over. (the fight scenes at the end of chapter 4 were the worst example of this for me.)

still, very intriguing mystery and i liked it enough to go ahead with part 2. beatrice is great and i definitely want to know what's up with her!! oh and the music absolutely WHIPS

Utterly charming, funny, amazing soundtrack...just an all around excellent game and a GBA gem

LOVE gen 4 but platinum is the superior game

THIS IS THE BEST ACE ATTORNEY GAME AND I WILL FIGHT THE HATERS. I LOVE APOLLO AND I WILL PUT HIM IN MY POCKET

I adore the Black Eagles but MAN there are a lot of things I wish I could fix about the story. The version of this game in my head is so good. Hire me intsys,
