i played the remastered because it came with the second game. BUY THE ORIGINAL IF YOU CAN. remastered has lots of graphical and animation issues.

this game changed my perspective of taking in video games as an artform more-so than a way of only dopamine-consuming entertainment. incredible aesthetic, the best line-up of weapons fromsoft has shown, and the most BANGIN DLC they've made.
I've played this game killing everything 8 times now, with 16 different weapons. Never gets old.

Castlevania 3's spiritual successor

This game is absolutely evil. I wanted to rip my hair out multiple times, but due to the level design and the care put into replayability. The game is really good. This is essentially the definitive Castlevania 3. Just as evil, but much more smooth.

highly recommend getting the true ending, it's pretty cool.

I played this game a second time with friends after hating it for a while. Had a great time! I even laughed sometimes.
