The epitome and the set standard for the highest quality gaming ever. The best Dark Souls combat ever alongside with Fromsofts fragmented narrative is insanely peak. The realization that everything about this game results in the end and this game represents the end of dark souls as a whole with especially the final dlc boss fight being also placed at the ending of the world. A 1v1, in an empty battle field of just two people fighting it out.

The best Ys game in the series. It nails everything perfectly from gameplay to story. Just absolutely amazing, adventuring and going through new lands especially with the story progressing as it gets more fast paced.

It also helps a lot that with Ys games, anyone can pick up a game from anywhere in the series and continue in any order they want so this is also an amazing starting entry point in the series.

One of the best Ys games. Amazing main party and set of characters in this game. The story was amazing and the way they were able to incorporate it with fun gameplay is genius. Never felt like a dull moment in the game, doing quests every single chapter, talking to other characters and helping them and learning more about them. Lacrimosa Of Danas endgame is one of the best ever along with getting the true ending.

The best game in the sky trilogy and one of the best trilogies alongside with Dark Souls.

Setting up future plot points for future games in the franchise, adding more characterization to characters in the sky cast to make them even better. One of the best games in the whole series still. A sweet farewell to the Sky Arc and an amazing send off to the rest of the series.

One of the greatest games in the Trails series. An amazing end to the Crossbell arc with one of the craziest stories ever and being able to close this duology perfectly.

One of the games to cement this series as one of my favorites forever. If you're reading this and wondering if you should hop on this series, then you definitely should and start all the way from Sky for the ultimate payoff and get ready for an adventure because even past this game is even more greatness and insane payoff.

This game does everything perfectly as a climax end to this arc as it does have an epilogue type of game like trails 3rd, but it is later on, and the payoff is amazing for people who play in order. The characterization is off the charts from characters introduced in the first Crossbell game and the stakes get even higher. Everything about this game is perfect, just perfect.
