very entertaining. very charming. very pretty. finished it under an hour.

the story felt a bit rushed and disjointed BEFORE reading the manga... read it... anyways it ranks third for one liners because man do they stink like nero's weak fart joke.

what an amazing experience.. the amount of effort and detail put into this is soo crazy.. having browsed oocities (archive of geocities) times before playing this really enhanced my time playing :-)

got bored of it midway through the summer, after getting it near release and pouring many hours into it. mechanics are fun, but disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement of the previous game, which helped made totk's worldbuilding and story all the less engaging.

coincidentally finished on its anniversary!

downloaded it as a joke hoping for a dmc collab, but my now girlfriend got me into it, which gave me some guidance into playing. it's really funny playing something i'm not the target audience for. for a gacha, it's more fair than most (?), and for mobile gameplay, more fun and interesting than most. points off for making me look at moe girl boobies i don't care.

first time playthrough very fun with my sister. a game to revisit once in a blue moon. the optional, continuous grind for apparel to get players to return and play daily ruins the magic of it.

played purely for the gameplay and environmental art, little interest in story going in, hence the stars off. did have a few laffs at the dialogue.

erm... what the deuce. i liked the gameplay and art direction plenty. the story execution disappointed. had you caught me then just finishing, i would've ranted several paragraphs.

it was really fun!! game that's more journey than the destination, and the journey was really fun: exploring and figuring out the world and mechanics in a unique way. play with someone else who hasn't seen it, and solve the secret legend together. ^_^
also, it has great accessibility settings for people who don't game, including a no fail mode, as well as some visual related settings. there's an audio visual assistance as at least one puzzle requires some music knowledge..
