maybe im an asshole for that but i found this surprisingly short and the only reason it took me longer than the first dlc was cuz the leviathan fight's 3rd phase is absolutely awful and drags down the fight hella (kind of a shame because the rest of the fight is fantastic as typical for this game and super challenging)
altho tbf the bosses were good minus that blemish (altho jfc the one before leviathan was a HUGE damage sponge), p solid dungeon and OK story that was at least better than echoes, but i just REALLY wish the other characters got to do anything, I remember the developers mentioning that Jill would have a bigger role in this dlc and well (she doesnt, just like the main game lmao)

have never seen a game get this much acclaim that i genuinely just really disliked this much
a masterclass in bad writing, combat that gets repetitve halfway through (who in gods name decided you should only have THREE special moves per character?????), boring story and dry ass characters, a true ending where you HAVE to 100 percent the game to get (and even then its still incredibly unsatisfying) only saved a bit by its great ost and amazing visuals

least favorite game ever made, feels like it was made as a joke to see how much the developers could fuck up and get everything wrong, absolute ass
they really sacrificed everything for a garbage speed golf mode that gets boring after one hole, the worst single player campaign i have ever seen in any video game, and by removing all options and depth from the game mechanics, ig its kinda funny to laugh at how awful it is but its also just so fucking boring so it cancels out

in terms of movement this is one of the most smooth and free flowing platformers i have played in years, such a fun moveset combined with level design that definitely lets you take full advantage of it
but tbh its also super buggy and kinda gets repetitive near the end, also the bosses suck complete ass and none of them really worked for me, i think these indie platformers just need to stop doing boss fights tbh LMAO
but yeah ! def worth a playthrough if u love this sort of game with a super fun moveset, the control in general just elevates it, i just hope they fix the bugs and the combo system that i also feel is super easy to cheese, then this game goes crazy

Not really that bad just super mediocre and p boring tbh. I am not the target audience for this at all and thats fine, but I feel like it just got super boring especially in the later game that feels extremely padded out despite this being only 7-8 hours long.
