My favourite, I think, out of the modern Persona games and by far my favourite cast. As usual with Persona games, got sick of the combat about fifty hours into the game. The length continues to be a major downside of the Persona games for me.

I've played a lot of this game. I've played a lot of Stardew Valley. The core gameplay is exactly the same but with enough stuff added to make it stand out. I was especially delighted and charmed by the elements of Indonesian (I'm assuming!) culture embedded in the game. The character stories aren't very deep but do the job. As the game stands now (Xbox, launch version) I've encountered some bugs and experienced some crashes but nothing too major. I eventually ran out of stuff to do but I was already on my fourth year on the farm, excited about the future updates.

+ art, music & level design is very good
+ boss designs!
+ platforming and puzzles so fun
+ recommend to do the post-credits story stuff

~ enjoyed the story enough to keep playing, liked characters well-enough though they could feel one-noted

- combat was pretty simplistic which I liked but it got repetitive pretty soon, especially with the bosses. after a while you keep repeating the same moves to chip away boss' HP. you could halve the HP to make the fights quicker (and probably more fun)
