I didn't play this anywhere near as much as some others in the series but the handling is a huge improvement over MK64.

I loved the single player mode but didn't really bother with online so I played it wrong, really.

It's great to kill nazis but I'm not much of a shooter guy.

It's way worse than the original, partly because of the controls but mostly how it's split between multiple characters without doing anything really interesting with it (though the Luigi mirror room star was cute).

Seems very well put together but it's not my kinda thing.

My wife has finished this over ten times or something. It's really good.

After finishing this I spent double (treble?) that time obsessing over Time Attack on the first couple of stages. The drop dash, spins and trajectory when launching sonic from slopes at speed made it a lot of fun to replay the same sections over and over.

I was just shy of full completion but short some haunted house bananas. Spent hours hunting for them but it turned out you had to get a simple puzzle incorrect to get those last 4 bananas, as a consolation prize. I'm still in a huff about it 20 years later.

Pretty unexciting game overall though I did love the Rambi minigame and the Donkey Kong arcade port.

A lot of great stuff in this, particularly using the stylus to sketch on the map and discover treasures (I'd love to see this return) and the cleverly designed central temple which you return to tackle more efficiently each time thanks to your growth in health, inventory, knowledge and skill. One of my favourite games in the series.

There's a very satisfying, simplistic approach to the brutal stealth in this that reminds me a lot of Manhunt. The overall story may not be terribly original but the pared-down dialog and voice performances elevate it. The atmosphere in the moments brings a weirdly soothing tension. I'd have likely earned the Platinum trophy if it didn't require an absurd number of multiplayer matches.

I've put "Mastered" because I earned the (very easy) Platinum Trophy but I need to clarify that I am terrible at Tekken. I love it, though. Tekken 7 in particular has made for some very spectacular and dramatic tournament grand finals.

It looks absolutely wonderful and it's a delight to play through but I had expected more interactive environments beyond some tuggable sheets and shuddering shelves and it's very short, even to 100%.

Definitely harder than the second one; I don't think I could defeat the Yellow Devil without the pause glitch.

I played maybe the first couple of hours. It was incredibly optimistic of me to think I'd stick with it.
