I miss when these games were subtle

dmc 3 is so cool man i wish bollywood was real

It's cool that this album came with a game.

It changes too much from the original's artistic vision. It's the shining example of what's wrong with the current trends of remakes in gaming.

It looks pretty on a technical level (and has some nice QoL improvements over the original) but changes WAY too much of the art direction, music, sound design, and numerous other aspects that makes the overall experience feel somewhat patronizing to me personally. It doesn't really add enough original things to the game to make these artistic changes feel warranted, either. Going from the PS3 original to this feels like watching those videos of Mario running around in unreal engine lmao

That being said, the original framework and gameplay loop are still there. It's the same game mechanically, which is still enjoyable to this day. However, it's an enjoyment that feels conflicted. The cost of this game's existence basically means we'll probably never see a rerelease of the PS3 original.

It should have just been a remaster similar to Dark Souls 1, instead of fundamentally changing one of the most important games in the last few decades to sell a console.

Makes an already great game even better. The pointer controls feel really natural and fun to use, even if it breaks the balance a bit lol

And yet he complained that his belly was not full

this happened to my buddy eric

One of the best visual novels ever. The live-action presentation is used so well, and the story and characters are all really fun, too. It feels like everything works together to make it a really unique, but familiar experience that's enjoyable all the way through. I hope it gets more popular in the West one day.
