2018

Think the first rougelike game for me and it's a banger. Everyone should play this at least once because my words alone can't describe how much I enjoyed Hades.

A good, solid step in the right direction. Despite the technical flaws and other odd design choices, this was one of my favourite gaming experiences in a while. Really appreciated Frontiers for revisiting lore of the series and going out of its way to course correct the cast after years of poor writing and mismanagement felt so satisfying. The fact that this soundtrack got snubbed for the game awards this year is borderline criminal.
Fun, good game all around.

Extra note - frontiers is the first game that made me say 'I can't wait to play the fishing sections in a sonic game' and MEANT IT

The video game of all time

I am very bad at fighting games but this game was fun.
Wish the story mode was tho

pays for both steam and ps4 version only for them to go free to play 2 years later :,)

was so excited to play this back in 2020, but found this to be much weaker than its previous installment. Essentially feels like a dollhouse simulator with shallow characters and music that is just....ok.

the grip that this game had in 2017 was something else. appreciated for what it did.

I adore suzie with my life

it was fine. should've bought it on sale.

developed a fear of desk jobs from this game, thanks narrator.

i am not immune to nostalgia, this game fun :)

unironically loved playing this as an idiot 12 yr old, still hasn't changed.

13 year old me got so bored playing this and decided to play the sequels instead. If I played these now as the grown ass adult that I am, I would still do that.

still flawed this came out in 2009
