in another timeline this is a 10/10 final fantasy

I LOVE FIGHTING BOSSES

pretty close to being great but it needs a couple more layers of polish. the vibe is cool but the levels feel rushed and barely take advantage of the fun movement. i love the concept here just not the execution

i was obsessed with the ending cg when i was 12 so its cool to come back and finally see it with the full context

for sure the weirdest entry and i can see why its the black sheep, but its very evocative and it works. also for how jank and busted junctioning its still very fun

i think i should have played the pixel version of this one... the voice acting is great and i love the difficulty of this version but the models were off-looking and the game is so slow. the dungeons are a slog.

the story is pretty cool except that it undermines itself with hilarious amounts of fakeout deaths and mind control

got so burned out towards the end

hated it but i also want to try it again

the game is a mess but night city is incredible
