this game fucking hurts to play but its also super charming and i love all the dumb anime bullshit so i can't be too mad at it lol

this game is FINE

one of those games where i really fell in love with it at first, but trying to revisit it has led to disappointment. a lot of the joy comes from exploring the worlds for the first time, when you realize how similar a lot of the little challenges to get the moons are across the entire game the magic kind of fades away.

sadly don't think this is one i'll revisit as often as i do with 64 and Sunshine... still, not a bad game though.

this is probably the best platformer ever made, and the first game i've actually gotten 100% completion on in a long time. just really wonderful throughout.

norma kys

the best game about clicking cookies

when i was actively playing it my boyfriend thought i was insane

a good time, but i think it loses a lot of the first games charm by taking away a lot of the atmosphere from the test chambers and putting more of a focus on having a funny script.

still, worth playing for Glados

this game falls flat on it's face for me pretty quickly. while the opening section in the police station is certainly fun, i think it's pretty heavily dragged down by the inclusion of that big mother fucker in the fedora constantly chasing you around. he doesn't really add much to the games fear factor after the first time you see him, he's just fucking annoying.

everything after the police station sucks, so you could probably just play that part and be done with it.

complicated, because while i sometimes felt like i was bashing my head against a brick wall playing this game... it's also so insanely charming that i just couldn't get mad at it, more than happy to get past whatever bullshit was thrown at me to see whatever was around the next corner.

playing this before the 2nd game made both of them much easier to appreciate too.

this is probably the weakest of all the wariowares, which is really saying something because i still like it a lot. really nice to see the whole cast of characters getting in the spotlight instead of just being relegated to cutscenes too, especially for me as a weirdo who really likes all of them.

really, my only fault with it is i wish there was more stuff to play around with after finishing the single player outside of multiplayer modes... warioware gold really spoiled me in that regard.

i've played this game a lot over the last 8 years or so of my life and am willing to look over all of its flaws because of its banging soundtrack

honestly i kind of can't believe they put this quick little remake out on the 3DS in the first place, truly a blessing. just as good as the original in every way, except now i can more easily play it while taking a shit.

theirs a good chance this is one of my favorite games nintendo has ever put out, everything about it is perfect from the visuals to the atmosphere to the music to the gameplay. so fucking delightfully weird and charming.

please never stop making resident evil games like this capcom, you are on a fucking roll between this and village.
