In my humble opinion the game is boring. I can appreciate the idea and the overall message of the story but it's not fun :(

honestly it kinda sucks. none of the routes are locked and i got to the true ending before any of the other ends besides kagiha's so now i kinda just don't wanna finish it. its written decently? the whole twist is just something ive seen before and this game didn't execute it as well as others. The characters are also all kinda lackluster. Kagiha is way too perfect and its boring asf, for example. The music is a banger though I'll admit that. My opinion of this game may change if I play more of it, but for now the shitty flowchart setup leading me to the real end before I could do anything else killed it for me

As someone who wasn't too much into Crysis' sandbox elements and didn't even think it cohered too much with its ideas, actually pretty good at this ones approach of giving you smaller skirmish areas to plot out in and use immediate skills to navigate. Still pretty linear to the point of CoD-style gameplay and thin in its cinematic elements.

NieR:Automata is one of those games that you savor experiencing for the first time. The fact that I'll never get to experience this story fresh again is almost as tragic as the entire story itself. It is one of those pieces of media that replenishes your belief in life. I won't break down the plot or the characters, trust me when I say this game is worth experiencing and you're robbing yourself of that experience every moment you don't play this.

Become As Gods.

One of the "Big Three" of Mario games when it comes to me and this game introduced Rosalina and the Luma along with gravity mechanics and having multiple planets you get to travel to to get stars like Mario 64? Count me IN. A timeless classic.

A flawless game that balances difficulty with a satisfying challenge so perfectly. Just as I was on the verge of frustration, I would overcome the challenge and feel the satisfaction of victory every time.

I didn’t really enjoy Layers of Fear. I remember it being popular and thought of as terrifying, and I don’t doubt that at the time it offered something fresh, but so many games have since replicated it and nowadays I feel it just doesn’t hold up. It’s not that I even have something against walking simulators—I’ll always defend them as a genre—but this was a level of dull I couldn't stand. The gimmick of doors disappearing and rooms changing when turning around didn't do it for me, simple as.

The story was also an overused trope, but I liked the use of art, especially the painting. I genuinely think I was just too late in playing it; I probably would’ve had a different opinion years ago.

A short, simple and straightforward game. The story isn't great, but it interesting enough to complete the few hours that the game lasts

feels like someone saw one episode of an amnesia let's play and said "yeah i can make that"

would it be too myhouse.wad of me to call this ergodic gaming??
