first entry in one of my favourite series, it's aged pretty well imo and has still very satisfying combat and feels much more crunchy and brutal than the kiwamis
the camera can be a huge hinderance unfortunately and the substories really fluctuate in quality, some are great, some are more forgettable
P.S. there's an undub out now, highly recommended and it more or less replaces Kiwami 1's only purpose now, give the originals a chance, behind the first game jank and camera controls there's a moody and atmospheric noir thriller with fun twists, good pacing and fun characters
