Breaks my heart to see CV so low, but love that the RE2s are up top!

@Zark I need to replay Code Veronica, but Capcom doesn't make it easy to play the classic REs

Why didn't you like it the first go-round?

@Zark Code Veronica has some difficulty spikes that could soft lock the game. I don't think CV is a bad game. Like most RE games, it's a good game with some issues. The biggest reason it is so low on the list is mainly because other RE games are better. The first game on this list that I actually think is bad is RE6, but that still has some good parts.

The only difficulty spike I remember obliterating me in my first few playthroughs was the plane Tyrant. That was agony until I learned what the pros do. ....aaand definitely remembering some parts in the 2nd half of the game too...

Really cool that you're a fan too. I feel like you've played more of them than I have. I read through some of your reviews. I appreciate that you put effort and thought into them instead of trying to come up with a meme-y one-liner for likes.

@Zark Thanks for the compliment regarding my reviews. I don't write a lot of them, but I do try to put some thought into the ones I do.

A couple years ago I got RE7 and Village on Steam for cheap. Then I realized that I owned every RE game on Steam, so I played them all over a couple months. I played the classics when they came out on PS1/Dreamcast.
