not really a crash person, this is the only one i played and yee it was pretty good but i didn't think the 100% completion stuff was very good

There's a centaur with a bazooka and the skeletons have machine guns

One of the final levels is a sex scene

I spent over 50 hours in the level creator and never finished a single level

kinda like puzzle fighter but a bit more restrictive with what you can make combos with. Fun but inferior to the OG.

In the sea of 2D Zelda homage clones, 3D-DGH is actually really good. It's shameless in its parody and uses it to its advantage with lots of fun retro throwback humor and an awesome oversized sword system. You can even make your own character from voxels if you have the patience.

Gave it a second try and came out a lot more positive. I think it's one of the few 16-bit games that got better with time; now that's super inexpensive and accessible, it's a lot easier to admire its b-movie energy and overly-charismatic charm.

Cannot imagine spending 60 bucks on this in 1989 tho, it's 10 goddamn minutes long and has almost no depth to its gameplay.

Strong music and art direction but kinda wonky combat. The gimmick is that your projectile sweeps the entire screen but only in front of you, so enemies will attack from all directions in hordes. It has its moments but is generally cheap and frustrating, made only worse by the limited continues

Maybe Kirby's best game but I dunno it's hard playing this one much compared to Ultra. I feel like Super Star has some really bizarre enemy placement cause I remember just constantly taking damage from popping-in enemies when playing this. Might be an input lag problem on my part lmao

Decent Kirby adventure but it's got way more fluff than the one-and-done simplicity of Dream Land 1 and the getting the star sword pieces is the pits

The mansions are fun to explore through but missions drag on forever and the bosses and general combat is just bad

Kinda mid; a boring MK that only gets called the best cause it has the most content and the prettiest graphics

The most aesthetically-dry MK but still okay, doesn't have any of the control or balance issues from the prior entries and is generally more exciting and fast-paced than 8

The controls are kinda dated but the toys-to-life setting is played with really well, the missions are charming and fun, and 4-player deathmatches are raw
