Hard to choose between Half-Life and DMC since I can't choose MGS, but I love the core gameplay of DMC so much, plus Dante is too good of a character

I prefer the more minimal mixing on Gestalt's OST, but it's still great in Replicant. Best songs are The Wretched Automatons, Emil/Karma, and Shadowlord.
