The most frustrating part of this game was finishing it with 1100 obelites after defeating the final boss and being reborn with absolutely nothing.

The game is much more gimmicky and meta, rather than an innovative achievement. Despite this, it can still evoke interesting, provocative, or frightening reactions, particularly upon the unveiling of its central secret or mind-bending conclusion. For a superior experience, I personally suggest muting the music as it completely undermines the intended atmosphere and immersion of the game.

Lewis' story was the obvious highlight of the game. A very depressing and dark experience with a touch of undeniable beauty and wonder.

Some pretty gnarly and intense stuff in this game. Considering the subject matter and the story of our main character I can conclude that the shocking scenes were appropriate and justifiable, making for a much immersive and envolving experience.
This game should not be censured. Otherwise, nobody takes it seriously.

2015

The ending reminded me a lot of the movie "Primer". I highly recommend it :)

Reasons why Resident Evil 2 is amazing:

• Immersive and detailed world building.
• Badass monsters, well textured and well animated zombies.
• Awesome game design and original puzzles (even tho they are pretty simple).
• If you get lost and don't know what to do next you have always something to do including opening safes, getting more collectibles and more gun upgrades.
• Amazing cinematic cutscenes and realistic CGI proving that video game adaptations to the screen are just completely useless and obsolete.
• Ada.
• Mr. X.
• Cool Racoon easter eggs.
• Cool Storyline with Claire

This is how a remake should be. What an amazing game.

8.5/10

At the last part of the game, I got chills for about 20 minutes straight.
Probably the most immersive unprecedented experience I've ever had with a game. Mainly due to the sound and level design, world-building, soundtrack, and a whole mysterious narrative that can get very confusing and overwhelming yet, never fails to be fascinating and engaging.
What a game!

We already get flooded, every single year, with Fast and Furious movies.
Why create this abomination? This is an insult to the industry and a waste of money.

The writing ruined everything, including the immersion and enjoyment of the game.
Everything else is a technological achievement.

I'm judging the single-player story.
