This is one of my favorite games of all time. The challenge, the gameplay, the graphics, the music. Nothing is ever perfect, but this is closer than most will ever come. Please play it if you can.

Such a lovely little tech demo, filled with love for everything surrounding the PlayStation. When I bought a PS5 my internet got knocked out the night of, so I was left with just this game to play. It's incredibly fun, I really hope that the dev team makes a longer sequel some day, I would gladly buy it. This game made me believe in adaptive triggers, I need more games to use those amazing things.

Once more, this is one of the best games ever made. It has heart, it has spirit, and at risk of sounding like a tool, it has SOUL. This game will forever be in my heart. It was with me in the darkest times, it is with me now in these beautiful days. I will forever roll on. Thank you, Katamari.

Second verse same as the first, Nier Automata is nearly just the masterpiece Nier Replicant is. Just make sure you play them in order for god's sake!

Fast fights, good music, and fun weapons, this game is a must have for anyone who enjoys DOOM, Quake, and other similar titles!

I can certainly see why so many people love this game. It's quick, it feels brutal and visceral and snappy and it looks great and sounds amazing. My single gripe is the frame rate, which I definitely got over when this became the only game I was playing for a month. I was reluctant the first time I tried to play it, and the second and third time too, I just couldn't get used to how it felt. And then I had to restart the game on my roommate's PS4 because I never uploaded my save data, and that was finally the playthrough to take me to the end. The truest ending too, I went all the way with Bloodborne and I recommend other people do too. My personal favorite weapon was the saw spear, I loved the gargoyle halberd in DS1 and when I saw a spear in this game it was love at first sight, even if I barely ever used the full spear form. If you own a PS4 or above, go buy and play this game. If Sony ever puts it on PC, I'll buy it in a heartbeat and do the DLC too, I couldn't buy the complete edition when it was on sale because I already had the base game through PS Plus unfortunately.

A wonderful remake of a definitive icon, the touch up of a piece of platformer canon. Somehow, the d-pad and touch screen combined work, it is very weird but satisfactory for controls. Of course, nothing beats the Nintendo 64 controller for N64 games. The added playable characters are great fun, there are no components added that I would say 64 DS would be better without.

likely the perfect indie game, a love letter to metroid and other classic games so amazing that it inspired waves itself.

This loathsome game has me completely captivated. I've 100% completed it and it will never leave my mind. The gameplay is horrible and made me scream, but the story and the soundtrack are beautiful in the same way a house fire is. Nobody does it like Yoko Taro, the beginning of Nier and Drakengard alike.

This game is incredibly fun, when I'm not being crushed by the game's jank. I really found myself at the highest highs and lowest lows. At the end of the day, this game is incredible if you can push through the hardship of the controls and some of the bosses.

A fun game, the first couple times around. I understand why you have to replay the first half of the game due to building up your units, but that doesn’t make it any less boring when I’m playing through routes 3 and 4. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it as a whole though.

It took me a while to beat, but after the release of 6 and then some, I can finally say that Armored Core 3 is a masterpiece. The music, graphics, and gameplay all combine to create a spectacular package. The variation in parts and gameplay styles this game introduces is also worth noting, every player should be able to find an AC customization that works for them.

My favorite fifth gen game. Worth every cent. The wirebug system makes for speedy and interesting battles against the familiar and new monsters. I do miss the old mounting system, that doesn't detract enough from my enjoyment to lower the score though.

I haven't finished every Monster Hunter game, but I've at least played the two fifth generation entries. As far as entry points go MHW is an excellent choice. It has beautiful visuals and many unique monsters. Alone, it deserves its five stars. Even if I love it a little less, give Iceborne a playthrough as well.

This is the perfect Kirby game to begin with. Perhaps it is even the perfect Kirby game.
