not worth finishing at all, only worth taking a look at for historical standpoint

short and fun enough to warrant a recommendation, I suggest picking up this PR version but I hear the GBA/PSP ports have more bonus content. Either way, nice to see how it all began.

Fast fights, good music, and fun weapons, this game is a must have for anyone who enjoys DOOM, Quake, and other similar titles!

Almost the pinnacle of the Souls franchise, if not for a few particularly annoying segments. Still absolutely worth playing if you can!

This loathsome game has me completely captivated. I've 100% completed it and it will never leave my mind. The gameplay is horrible and made me scream, but the story and the soundtrack are beautiful in the same way a house fire is. Nobody does it like Yoko Taro, the beginning of Nier and Drakengard alike.

The perfect video game, arguably the most video game of all time. The prime example of how a large story is not always needed when the gameplay and soundtrack are with the stars.

This is the perfect Kirby game to begin with. Perhaps it is even the perfect Kirby game.

nice game about nostalgia, getting jaded, and leaving behind dreams. very short but it felt really impactful to me, maybe that's because I can relate to it though.

likely the perfect indie game, a love letter to metroid and other classic games so amazing that it inspired waves itself.

as perfect as the original, maybe the added options for graphics and music will entice you, but they did little for me.

I cannot think of a single thing wrong with this game. Kirby’s first fully 3D main game is worth playing not just because of the fact it’s in a 3D world, but also due to the amazing soundtrack, creative ability upgrades, and solid boss fight designs.

Second verse same as the first, Nier Automata is nearly just the masterpiece Nier Replicant is. Just make sure you play them in order for god's sake!

My favorite Souls game for sure. Not much to say, I found the game thoroughly enjoyable. I won't lie, of course I found some roadblocks incredibly frustrating. However, they only added to the satisfaction of beating the final boss in the end.

I haven't finished every Monster Hunter game, but I've at least played the two fifth generation entries. As far as entry points go MHW is an excellent choice. It has beautiful visuals and many unique monsters. Alone, it deserves its five stars. Even if I love it a little less, give Iceborne a playthrough as well.

My favorite fifth gen game. Worth every cent. The wirebug system makes for speedy and interesting battles against the familiar and new monsters. I do miss the old mounting system, that doesn't detract enough from my enjoyment to lower the score though.
