the freshest pokemon experience in a long time, which is sad. good game, fun to be had, but MAN I'm tired

played before the memes got big. got me into hack and slashes and notably into platinum games

unnecessary hd port? maybe. but i got the wolf link amiibo with it for $60, and doing the new dungeon to power it up and use in BotW as a wolf link companion was AWESOME. RIP in TotK

wasnt perfect but i have very fond memories playing og splat1

replaying on steam deck rn and its so good, i love windwaker and i loved the wii u as a console

I fucking love bulborb honk shooooo honk shooooo

I played Pikmin 1, most of 2, and a little of 3 leading up to the release of 4. As someone who enjoyed Pikmin 2 but didn't originally love it, Pikmin 4 feels like the perfect gateway into cave gameplay. Essentially, 4 is to 2 what 3 is to 1. A more beginner friendly and modern version of a classic.

Another genre-defining experience. Last year we had Elden Ring, now it's Tears of the Kingdom. Open world games are going to be taking notes for years to come.

too many fucking hours i hate you i hate you I HATE YOU

ik what people think, and i get it now, but as my first final fantasy game, it got me to play the original. Amazing
