I sure do love being locked out of the main game and having to force myself to go through shit ton of bullet sponge enemies and traps with limited resources in a very confusing map. All jokes aside, this DLC’s gameplay is the absolute worst. I would rather do Old World Blue’s boring ass fetch quests a 100 times before ever setting a foot in the Villa (Sierra Madre itself isn’t that bad). Fortunately the cast of characters is great and the whole concept of robbing an abondend casino is cool, but that’s not enough to save this whole shitshow that I just experienced.

While I do think this remake is somewhat unnecessary, Atlus still nailed it. A lot of amazing QoL changes that I didn’t even think would improve the experience that much (Linked episodes, removing some old annoying mechanics, Theurgy, etc). The OST is the only downgrade in my opinion. I felt like all the original tracks that were remade were missing the charm that really made them special in the first place (except for Changing Seasons). I wish there would’ve been some major changes made to Tartarus but it slowly started to grow on me, still not a good experience but not as miserable as it was in FES. Also the atmosphere is kinda dull compared to the original's "dark but yet somewhat colorful" feel it had.
Overall, I still prefer FES (most likely just me being biased) but I can definetly see why someone would prefer Reload over it.

Definetly one of the best video game stories I’ve experienced. The soundtrack, atmosphere, cast of characters, gameplay and story all have been improved from its predecessor. Only minor issues I had with the game were the gameplay variety and that the game ended on a cliffhanger (again) but it’s still an amazing experience especially if you have played Control and Alan Wake 1.
I was surprised how short this DLC is and kinda disappointed. I liked Joshua Graham a lot and how both endings have their ups and downs but this DLC could’ve benefited from atleast three more hours of content and some mission variety. All in all, it’s pretty decent and has its moments but still is pretty weak compared to the main game and doesn’t offer that much interesting content like I was hoping it would do.

Solid game but definetly hasn’t aged that well compared to other Rockstar titles around that time. Mission variety is basically nonexistent and most of the missions are the usual Rockstar slop: ride with a NPC for a couple of minutes while going to a destination, kill the bad guys, victory. Other than that every other aspect is good/great except the stranger missions.

While I do like the story and how the main cast of characters have been handling Makoto's death (yes, I am one of the few people who don't think Atlus butchered Yukari’s character), the gameplay is even worse in The Answer since the difficulty is automatically higher and it's just Tartarus 24/7.

While this is my least favorite Persona game from the 3 recent ones, it still is an amazing game. My only issue is Tartarus being very repetitive and also how the cast of characters feel more like coworkers than friends but I can somewhat overlook those issues since everything else is spot on. I still have yet to play The Answer since I’m trying to avoid a burnout.
