I only got to watch playthroughs of it since I couldn't afford it but the game play, the atmosphere, the music and the boss fights truly made it the game of the year.

everything about this game is just impeccable. i also got a really good the only downside was that Kim wasn't with me (he was in the hospital) and i really wanted to finish things off with him :( but i'm glad Cuno had his good ending, he finally got to leave the hellhole. so many important and overlooked topics in the world intertwined in one game, loved it so so much. huge fan of the parts where harry is being his depressed silly self and Kim either joins him or supports him or just smirks in the background. i will never forget this game.

2020

played this game almost a year ago. and nothing could've prepared me for the ending when we finally find out what actually happened. the story was beautifully told, with so many metaphors and hidden messages. the ending song literally ripped out my heart and jumped on it.

one of the games i stopped playing halfway. i don't really remember why. i should downlod it again

been playing for 2 years, ever since the first banner of hu tao. this game really reels you in with its massive lore, various characters with mysterious background stories, its music, its nations, and the fact that each nation has its own culture much like the real world. does it has its issues? so fucking many. a few are: whitewashing characters and cultures just so they can gain more money on the banners (which businesswise may make sense to them, but it's still really disheartening to see), racist innuendos, the amount of fanservice for "otakus", mostly fucking female characters stories and "waifu"fying them again for male fans, the way if you are an endgame player there's pretty much nothing to do besides comissions which feel like a chore after a while, domains are not utilized enough for their true potential, paimon is so fucking annoying and many more. why do i still keep playing? it's inevitable to become emotionally attached to many characters and to the story/lore after playing for so long, investing so much time in it. i wanna know what will become of the story, the characters and much more. also thanks to this game i met many friends that im still talking to after almost 2 years. ALSO fav characters are: xiao, zhongli, beidou, childe and kazuha.

still couldnt finish watching the playthrough.

oh god this game......its so hard to talk about games that you were obsessed with. this game literally took a hold of my life when i was playing it, couldnt do anything else until i finished it. i love persona games so much, i managed to only watch playthroughs of 1,2,3 as i dont have a console and i hope to play 5 one day. it has its problems of course, like the homophobic and transphobic remarks that are stated repeatedly throughout the game. the romance route between yosuke and ryuu being deleted, kanji's "gayness" just being explained as his "feminine traits" being understood as something else, naoto's "trans look" being written off as just her wanting to blend in with other male cops...these were truly disgusting aspects of the game. idk if they can be overlooked but if you somehow manage to ignore these parts the game play and the story, i really really enjoyed. still listening to its soundtracks.

one of the best dedective&mystery games ive played so far. got the ending too hehehe

you will never be the sims 3!!!

downloaded it after i finished playing disco elysium cuz i was desperately trying to find another game similar to it. lots of people were suggesting this one but i couldnt really bring myself to continue playing. maybe one day

literally grew up playing it omg
