You'd be surprised how much this happens with indie games likely because they used the IARC questionnaire for getting a rating other indie games with rating changes include:
Broforce (Went from M to T)
My Friend Pedro (Went from T to M)
A Hat in Time (Went from E10 to T)

Also the Tomb Raider remaster got changed back to T.
