You can transform into a elephant in some of the Shantae games. Available in 1, Risky's Revenge, and 1/2 Genie Hero

The Shin Megami Tensei series counts I think. There are at least a couple elephant-demons.
@roboSteven you simply command them, though, right? I'm not familiar with the series, but I assume it's like Pokemon in that sense.
@electrode Correct, you can recruit them onto your team. The Pokemon comparison is solid, I realize that they wouldn't count in this case then.
