Video games adapting horror films
A list of video games adapting horror films. Using "adapting" lightly. Will include upcoming games, but not games where horror film characters and settings are simply additional content, or easter eggs.

Set between Alien and Aliens, so I'll take it.
Normally don't count unreleased games, but the prototype was leaked, so I'll count it.
There are other Alien(s) games, other Predator games, and other Alien(s) vs. Predator games, but I'm trying to keep to ones specifically tying into movies.
why did they do so many
Set 30 years after the first movie. I guess I'll take it.
I don't think Predator is often considered a horror film, but I think people would point it out if it isn't on the list.
Based on the novels, so I'm not sure if this should actually count. Lmk what you think.
