Adds a lot of new, neat, and cool ideas as well as some quality of life changes. But feels more bland and forgettable than the other titles.

Cyberpunk is a hard game to review at this point in time; there's technical bugs, glitches, crashes, frame rate problems, and more all over the place. So many things are against it, but I still enjoyed everything it had to offer. I played on the PS4 Pro so I can't say I had to go through all the suffering the base PS4 players had to go through, but it was still pretty bad in comparison to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X gameplay. The story was enjoyable and left me on the edge of my seat sometimes; having to wait for a call, or just thinking about what could happen next was actually really invigorating and made me appreciate the story that much more. Doesn't mean it was absolutely perfect, I had some problems with it still but that would venture into spoiler territory. Game play was perfectly serviceable depending on how you view it, if you viewed it as a, "Grand Theft Auto" like game, you'd get what you want and more. But if you were comparing it to say, Deus Ex for example, it'd feel bare and full of unfulfilled potential. The one thing that makes this game even more disappointing as well is the promises made, and not kept. There were supposed to be choices that affected the story in several ways, the path you chose at the beginning affected things also more than just a simple line of forgettable dialogue, and more. Overall, Cyberpunk 2077 is a good game, but extremely flawed in execution. I'd still recommend it if you're interested, but just be warned of the technical issues, and don't get your hopes up too high.

edit: played the new update, all my saves were gone but that might be my fault considering my switch from ps4 to ps5. it's still the same game at heart but with some improvements that i will say do make it better in some ways. cop ai isnt complete dog water and the map looks way better; but it doesnt justify replaying the whole game. the new content is cool, but id rather wait for whenever this game is "fully finished." rating's gonna stay the same as my feeling's towards the game are the same.

Solid start to the series; has issues such as putting platforming in a hack n' slash game which made me cry a little bit on the inside, and also the game being a little too dark at times. (Although that might just be my TV) Combat could feel a little stiff at times, and story could've been better, but I overall enjoyed my time.

Saying I'm not a big fan of metroidvania games is a bit of an understatement; I've just never really been fond of being lost and confused, as well as trying to navigate this large map that seems almost endless. But that's where Ori surprised me, it has all of these qualities, yet I still enjoyed the hell out of it.

The story was nothing special to be completely honest; it was cute and heartwarming seeing the "friends forever," type of ending, but that's about all I could take away from it. The gameplay on the other-hand? Phenomenal. Getting all the upgrades to your arsenal is one thing, but using them in the game and challenging your platforming abilities throughout the entire journey was super rewarding. It felt like there was no power-up that went unused.

There were some, hiccups though to say the least. Or hiccup if you want to be precise. There's a ton of trial and error in some parts which can be exceedingly frustrating, even the fast respawns couldn't save me from getting a little hotheaded at times. This trial and error gameplay is especially bad in the "escape" sections, which I won't go into too much detail about considering it could be delving into spoilers; but it's a timed escape section which is the bane of my existence.

And last but not least, the world. Now as I said at the beginning, I'm not a fan of getting lost or not knowing where to go, but in Ori it felt like the world was just waiting to be explored. It benefited in many ways as well, rewarding you with health upgrades, ability points (which I'm not gonna talk about the abilities that you can unlock cause they're not too special), and upgrades to the little blue ball things that are right next to your health that help you save your game and use a powerful AOE explosion attack.

Overall, Ori was a BEAUTIFUL game to witness and I highly recommend purchasing it if you're even the slightest bit interested; especially because it's marked down to $5 permanently on steam which is a steal. Persevere through the difficulty and the slight hiccups at times and you'll experience a magnificent and well crafted game that'll keep you entertained.

Yo-Kai Watch was a fun romp through what is essentially a game-sized episode of a TV show. The characters and Yo-Kai designs are cute and fun, and the plot isn't anything too great, but that's to be expected within a kids game. The world was overall my favorite part and I just loved exploring and looking in every little nook and cranny possible. The only downside is the combat and the game can get somewhat repetitive and boring. Other than that, a very solid game.

i picked up attack of the friday monsters in the hopes that it would be something resembling the untranslated "boku no natsuyasumi" games, and to an extent it does. the first half of the game where it's just walking around the new town you just moved into is really relaxing and the music/sound effects really help add to that a lot. but the later half of the game (where the monster portion comes in) was my least favorite part of the game; although it doesn't overstay it's welcome seeing as how it took me about 2-3 hours to beat it and finish the rest of the chapters in the "epilogue." and i almost forgot, the rock paper scissors card game portion wasn't really anything special, felt like it was an excuse to throw collectibles around the map and have you explore more (which i would've done anyways). overall, it's a cute little game but it has it's flaws, but seeing as it's a cheap, relaxing, and feel good game, i'd say it's worth putting aside a couple hours to play.

i like cod usually but this game sucks shit

being in doom is cool but when the core gameplay sucks it's not that fun

i tried to like bloodborne but i couldnt beat the final boss so fuck this game

genuinely a really solid mario game, never played it fully through during the wii u era but i'm glad they rereleased it so i could try it out again on the switch. won't say it's the best thing in the world, it has it's flaws, but i loved playing through this. UPDATED: Champion's Road took 10 years off of my life. This game is now a 2 out of 10.

probably gonna put my thoughts in video form but the positives are very positive, the only negatives i could really find were the jails of the game being quite tedious at times and could end up being a drag. combat can also be a bit funky. without a doubt though, i HEAVILY enjoyed this game all the way throughout, glad i stuck around past the slow first few hours. highly recommend for fans of persona 5.

i was about 40 hours into this until my switch account got banned lol

i really don't understand the "greatest game of all time" mentality when it comes to resi 4, it's got some good gunplay yeah and it can have some alright moments, but i don't really get the hype behind it honestly. might try again one day, but for now, i'll just say this one isn't for me.
