After 100 hours I finally finished Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. This was one of the most mesmerizing JRPGs I’ver ever played.

Everything from the production values, gameplay systems, characters performance, and even mini games bloat met my already high expectations.

I don’t think we will ever get a project of this scope and magnitude ever again, which is why I took my sweet time to get everything I wanted from this game.

The ending itself is very divisive and I personally don’t know how to feel about it yet, but if the third game ending sticks the lading, this could end up ending my favorite trilogy of all time.

What a fucking ride, I literally have tears in my eyes thinking about the beautiful ending. The original Persona 3 is a seminal piece of media for me... One of those games that you never wanted it to end.

The themes about accepting death is inevitable and you must live your life at your fullest, truly resonate with me today more than they did when I played the original games in 2014. I truly believe Persona 3 changed my entire perspective on life, and made me a better person.

The new voice cast delivers an incredible performance, and honestly, I didn’t miss any of the old voice actors at all. A special shout out to Allegra Clark’s performance as Mitsuru Kirijo, one of the greatest voice performances I ever ever seen in game. Yukari my beloved and the best girl in the Persona series of course, my man Stupei Ace Defective, that Akihiko medal scene, let Koromaru attend to school, and of course, Aigis social link and entire character arc was the cherry on the top. Thank you Atlus for making this game accesible for a new generation.

Harada and his team somehow upped their game from the already excellent Tekken 7 by having fantastic newcomers, great tutorial, and amazing casual modes. The final boss battle is a love letter to the entire series and reminded me to end MGS4 Old Snake and Ocelot fight.

Reina my beloved I yield. The only thing missing is having Tifa as a guest character but it is only a matter of time before that happens.

Alan Wake 2 is one of the most mesmerizing games I’ve ever experienced. Everything is so sophisticatedly crafted and every aspect of the game serves the mind bending narrative. This is Remedy’s magnum opus and I hope the success of this game elevates Sam Lake into Kojima status.

This game is still the goat

25 years and this game themes remain as relevant as they have ever been

NINTENDO LISTENED TOO ALL HIS COMPLAINS AND ADDRESSED MOST OF BOTW ISSUES:

- THE GAME HAS A COMPELLING CINEMATIC STORY WITH HIGH STAKES AND A LOT OF HYPE MOMENTS
- THE GAME ACTUAL TELLS YOU WHERE TO GO
- THE COMBAT IS WAY MORE ENGAGING THAN THE FIRST ONE
- THEY BROUGHT BACK ACTUAL DUNGEONS
- EPIC FINALE WORTH OF BEING A ZELDA GAME

Best Star Wars game to date and is not even close

Thanks. Goated gameplay, fun sidequests, improved QoL and rewarding weapon collection. The OG story had a lot potential and fun moments, but frankly what I saw in the remake was even better and worth of my time.

40 Keon Deaths/10

Fun little game, I didn’t expect to be moved by a Bayonetta story but here we are. I hope Platinum is open to make more smaller scope games like this

As a kid I always struggled to get into Retro Studios’ Opus. I bounced back more times than I can remember. I wasn’t very experienced with metroidvania games or fps at the time.

To say this game and I had unfinished business would be an understatement. Flash forward 21 years later and now I have played every single 2D Metroid game so I was ready to face this challenge once again.

This game not only lives up to its reputation but also exceeds them. Metroid Prime is the fusion (not pun intended) of east and west working guided by the hand of no other than Shigeru Miyamoto. After 21 years I can finally clear this game from my backlog.
