Recommend me CO-OP games (to play with my wife)
My wife doesn't game much, so preferably easier/more accessible titles, please. Anything that can be easily emulated (so PS3 and below) or runs fine on a RTX 3050 Laptop is fair game.

definitely play Haven. Literally designed around playing with ur partner.
I don't know how many of them will work on the system you described, but I just saw this fairly long list of co-op games the other day; you might find something in there that'll work for you. Personally I recommend Shredder's Revenge as I had an absolute blast with it. It's unclear if you're only looking for split-screen games...? If not, Sea of Thieves is also worth a look.
Acho que Kirby's Epic Yarn serve, pois é bem fácil, é um jogo de Wii que facilmente pode ser emulado pelo Dolphin e provavelmente deve ser de boa pra jogar com a tua esposa.

Kirby feels like a good series for this. I think the best games to go with are Return to Dreamland and Super Star.

Portal 2 and Untitled Goose Game are very accessible puzzle games that are splitscreen! If you’re looking for something more relaxed, I enjoy couch co-op Stardew Valley quite a lot with friends.

Tick Tock: A Tail For Two is a much more traditional puzzle game, completely asymmetric and meant to be completed purely through verbal communication.
Goof Troop is a certified classic, again more of a puzzle game but I don't remember it being really hard at all.
Human Fall Flat is a physics-based 3D "[iuzzle platformer" that's fairly straightforward.
