Objectively, the best Metroid game I've ever played. The atmosphere, the exploration, the level design, the bosses, the amount of content in general... everything is so well taken care of that it's difficult to believe it's a fangame. It's not my favourite Metroid for personal reasons, but it is what it is: a masterpiece

Horror RPG with somewhat strange graphics and tons of screamers, but a good atmosphere and fun puzzles. The story is really amazing, telling a story about one of the things humans fear the most: loneliness

Lightly connected to Blank Dream, but a very different game. Played in first person, centered around exploring a house and with an interesting but rushed story. Kind of fun, but with simple mechanics and even simpler horror.

Fun combat mechanics, one of the best OST of all time, many characters to know and many bosses to defeat in an exciting story and sidequests. The reason it's not a 5? The repetitive second half of the game. I know it makes sense with the story, but come on. Repeating things 4 times is not fun

A classic, for sure. Fine graphics and one of the best music on the NES. Unfortunately, it didn't age well: frustrating controls (not being able to move in the air, the stairs) and unfair difficulty at some points makes up for a decent first Castlevania game that's a little old-fashioned nowadays

Great music and exploration for the first time, but that's it. Too much backtracking and grinding in one of the most confusing gameplays I've ever tried (water breaks walls, what the hell). Lots of new ideas, but poorly excecuted.

Better than the first game; different characters to play with and much more interesting level designs and music. But the problems with the unconfortable gameplay are not solved, and it's even more difficult, so it will still feel really outdated and frustrating for our time.

Oh, and fuck the falling blocks climbing.

Take the ankward controls of the Castlevania NES games, and put them in one of the slowest games I've ever played. It's easier and shorter than the ones before, but also more frustrating because everything feels extremely slow. Good music tho.

Probably the worst GBA Castlevania game, but that doesn't mean it's bad. The story it's not really original, the gameplay could be better (running is ankward) and the bosses are meh, but it has a nice atmosphere, and it's a fun metroidvania game. Solid, but not impressive

It tried so hard to be Symphony of the Night that ended up being his ugly twin brother. The game is perfectly enjoyable (even though the exploration could be better), bosses are decent and the gameplay is really fun in terms of mobility, but lacks so much personality because how much it looks like the PS1 game.

Among the Castlevania games I've played, this game is unmatched; the interesting story and music, the great bosses and exploration, the huge amount of weapons and spells you can use...there's so much ways to complete this game. The only problem, the cryptic way to get the true ending. Everything else, beyond excellent

Ignoring the fact that dying makes you start all over, this game is entertaining. It's unfair at some points, and maybe the levels aren't extremely creative, but I think it's enjoyable; the gameplay is simple yet effective (like its OST), the 3D sections work surprisingly well and the weapons are fun to use.

One of the best NES games, take Contra and improve it in every sense: better level designs, weapons, music and bosses with a more reasonable difficulty. Simply: more fun than the original

My favourite SNES game. Action from start to finish and a nice variety of weapons, each one unique in its own way. The level design is really good (extremely difficult sometimes), but the bosses are literally S tier in terms of originality and fun for me. The ending sucks, yeah, but the rest of the game? Pure 16 bits greatness

I played this for the first time recently, so there's no nostalgia for me XD. It's a decent and fun platformer, but it's graphics and some level designs look like didn't age well. Still enjoyed it
