Great (or Quirky) Voice Acting!

I love voice acting! I love when people let go of their egos and put everything they can in a character, or when someone on the team understands the piece of media they are crafting and improve it by having delivering great or funny lines. Not every game in this list needs to have stellar hollywood voice actors with high quality microphones, it just needs to notably enrich the game experience!
Only games I've played are here for now.

Team Fortress 2
Team Fortress 2
Legendary.
Left 4 Dead 2
Left 4 Dead 2
I love those goofballs
Silent Hill 2
Silent Hill 2
It's quirky, but oh boy does it work in its favor. Most of its stupid voice acting work to build that outerwordly feeling you get when playing the game. It can be hilarious in one moment and pretty creepy in others. It's fun and Silent Hill 2 is one of my favorite games ever
South Park: The Stick of Truth
South Park: The Stick of Truth
Uhhh... Duh
Dark Souls: Remastered
Dark Souls: Remastered
Dark Souls NPCs are that kind of figure you find in the worst circle of hell that you expect to have serious or gritty personality, just for them to deliver an outlandish looney toones laugh after spewing the funniest shit you've ever heard. When it's corny you are amused, when it's well done you feel like the character is trying to escape its still mouthed 3d model and come alive through its voice alone. Pretty great.
Hades
Hades
Funny to think a lot of those voices were done by people developing the game. They do a good job for the most part, and for the amount of dialogue this game has that's pretty impressive! I like how each voice is unique as well.

Not every voice lands and fake accents can be a little dumb, but to be honest I like how it's trying to be its own thing and not some kind of anime or forced sex appealing stuff.
Portal 2
Portal 2
I AM NOT. A MORON!
Half-Life 2
Half-Life 2
Memeable as hell but very good. Some characters are VERY iconic and have very good deliveries.

(I still laugh my ass off whenever I hear scientists from any half life game)
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Some great voices here and there, some other not as good, but the thing that gets me on these titles is how everyone is being SO SERIOUS ALL THE TIME and it provides a heck of an experience.

Still, David Hayter alone would carry the game to this list anyway
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Left 4 Dead
Stellar voice acting. Great casting. I don't think I need to say anything else
Silent Hill
Silent Hill
I couldn't stop laughing. Really corny and fun. Oddly charming.
Spec Ops: The Line
Spec Ops: The Line
All right I'm putting this here because of the well known fact that all of the game's lines were recorded in a single day. The actors were fucking tired at the end of the sessions and it shows. It works for the "slow descent to hell" type of adventure the characters face.
Soma
Soma
A little risky with the amount of emotion each character portrays and the amount of deep meaningful dialogue, but it works really well! Not a lot of characters giving their all but Simon and Catherine are really great!
Star Fox 64
Star Fox 64
This is such a classic. Really iconic and it is perfect for what it is.
Alisa
Alisa
It's not being taken seriously. It's really bad but extremely charming and funny. It fits the genre

Also Alisa's voice is crack for me. Extremely cute
