realizes everything ff13 could be gameplay wise, feels Really good to play and the story is strangely compelling. one of my favorites for sure

excellent arc that successfully builds up catharsis and continues to take some risks here and there. although the postgame leaves a bit to desire (growing pains as they move past this arc probably), the raid stories are some of the best so far. still a lot to love from ff14

impossibly great setpieces and spectacle, awesome combat design and the overall presentation of the whole game is the best. super gripping when it needs to be, complete rollercoaster.
though i must say the deeper in the details you get some cracks open, like side content being undercooked and excessively MMO-y and the female characters being treated in pretty bad faith

god this is one of the best sells on a game's story of all time. intensely gripping and made me love just about every character on the main cast. 3.3 in particular is such a nice and cathartic conclusion to the arc. and now im eternally stuck with the burden of being an ff14 fan

its redundant to put intermission on here but the whole package was a very good extension for the ff7 subseries. happy!!

i cant quite say ive given it a fair chance yet but from what ive played i still think its pretty good so im giving it a good placement. super charming world and soundtrack, feels very ambitious as an Old MMO

decent time all around, kind of bloated story wise but still fun to play with some of my favorite location designs and songs so far. also like yotsuyu :)

solid game with a cute and whimsical tone that i really like but generally not a lot sticks out to me in the end unfortunately

just ARR. it is so ok and sometimes kinda good. took me a verrry long time to slog through the base game so its a bit lower in my eyes. 2.x area is a big improvement at least and got me interested in this game, but not enough to overhaul my thoughts on the first bit

considered it worth my time as long as i could cruise through as a sort of look through history, but i hit a wall that was Very Annoying so i dropped it. cool remaster tho
