Short and simplistic, but a great way to spend 30 minutes. The extra mode is a welcome challenge.

A fantastic creation tool with a great story mode, amazing soundtrack, and endless possibilities. It dosent commit as fully to the "arts and crafts" theme as the fist but makes up for it with its larger range of possibilities.

Basically the NES version of a B-movie. Slightly below average platformer with a ridiculous premise, decent graphics and pretty good music. Once you play one level you've played them all.

Amazing entry in the series. Looks and sounds amazing, and though they played it safe, Kirby's transition to 3D was nearly flawless.

Peak Sonic. Amazing graphics, GOAT soundtrack, playable characters that each offer something unique and each have their own routes to travel, and an understated but surprisingly effective story.

An amazing evolution of the original arcade game. This is the deepest move pool Mario has ever had in a 2D game. The battery save and short length of each level make this the perfect game to pick up and play whenever you have a few minutes to spare.

One of my favorite games in the Kirby series. Super ahead of its time in terms of graphics and music, and this game essentially made Kirby who he is today. The biggest problem with the game is losing your ability after one hit - shit gets annoying. Also, the lag is pretty bad in the NES version, though it's not an issue in the 3DS Classics port.

Played it as a part of Pac-Man Museum+. Super smooth controls, appealing graphics, and an amazing soundtrack. The unlimited continues that this port offers makes the game a quick but enjoyable reinterpretation of the arcade classic.

A super fun rhythm game that's simple to pick up and play and tons of fun to master. Just as addicting as the developers' WarioWare series.

Comfy little Mario game, though pretty uninspired. I have a bias towards handhelds, otherwise, I probably wouldn't rank it so high.

A fun if somewhat uninspired entry in the 2D series. Looks great and has some pretty good tunes to boot.*

Pretty fun if simplistic beat-em-up. Oozes in Wario charm with its weird sound effects and music. The bosses are wonderfully quirky as well, though some more enemy variety would have been nice.

The best way to experience the Sinnoh region in Gen 4. Love the minor upgrade to graphics and especially appreciate the new Dex. However, it is still Gen 4 Sinnoh which means very slow battles, lots of HMs, and a pretty mediocre story. Super nostalgic for Gen 4 though so I love it regardless.

Great entry in the WarioWare series. It'll destroy your touch screen though, which ultimately keeps me from playing it more.

Less a game and more a surrealist experience, it creates a one-of-a-kind atmosphere with its minimalist music and dream-like game design.
