Arguably the greatest roster in MH history. Fantastic gameplay changes and swathes of fixes to improve upon the vanilla release.

Can’t review multiplayer but the campaign has aged quite poorly. Beautiful music and great story but unenjoyable level design.

A beautiful campaign with a decent Firefight mode. The inclusion of (nearly) full Halo 3 multiplayer was a great decision.

While the ending is controversial, Mass Effect 3 is a fantastic experience to round out the trilogy.

No rating yet. I hated this game for the longest time due to its sluggish combat. Finally, after over five attempts, I completed the introduction with the Mage class and I began to really see why people love DAO. Unfortunately due to other game releases, I left it behind, though I plan to finish it later.

An interesting release that I played quite a bit of. The Reach multiplayer was a great choice but the map selection for both PvP and PvE is limiting. The campaign still aged poorly, even in 2011.

I have played this game start to finish nearly five times. It’s flawed, it lulls in the middle, and it is absolutely beautiful. I know it’s not a fan favorite but it’s a me favorite.

The gameplay is very solid and the multiplayer consistently drew me in. The main story did little except make me want to replay the trilogy again. Never finished because every time I tried to get back into it, I just went to the first three again.

I will probably never finish this game. Even ten years ago when I started The Witcher for the first time, it had already aged like soggy bread. A story that seems interesting but is bogged down by extremely awkward performances and visuals with the single worst combat system I’ve ever had the misfortune of enduring.

A very underrated game. In my opinion, Demon’s Souls surpasses its next two successors in many ways. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this game.

It’s the worst MH game. I appreciate it for starting my favorite series but between the terrible controls and limited content, MH1 is not easy to go back to.

The unfortunate low point in the Halo series. Released in a messy and incomplete state with a campaign that feels bad and leaves more questions than answers. The multiplayer had its moments but was ultimately brought down tremendously by loot boxes and trend chasing gameplay.

My favorite game in the Mass Effect trilogy. I always look forward to ME2 in particular every time I replay the series.

The best narrative in the ME trilogy unfortunately restrained by clunky gameplay and an empty galaxy. I replay it every time I run through the trilogy but it’s always my least favorite. Still a great game.

This game was the first CRPG that ever really stuck with me. The combat is engaging and chaotic, the exploration is wonderful, and while the story isn’t incredible it still works to drive the game forward.
