JRPGs with Canon Romance
Some things to consider:
1) Only games I've played are included.
2) The romance occurs between the MC and somebody else. A canon love triangle might be an exception.
3) The romance is fixed so no player manipulation to change it.
4) The romance doesn't necessarily need to end with the couple together at the end because of reasons.
5) The romance is considered worth mentioning so I might not include a game where it exists, but it's very minor.
6) The romance is pretty clear if not definitive so no vague ones included. Basically, feelings are mutual.
7) My memory is poor so I could be misremembering some of these.

Korean RPGs included!
Romance is mostly minor in the main game, but is a major part of the post game DLC so it's included.
A bit iffy on this, but it's included.

@LoreW001: As much as I would like to add your recommendations, I'd prefer to just keep my list with games I've played. That way I can better decide if it fits with my criteria. Appreciate the recommendations though which I'm sure any passerby can benefit from them.
