Look, I love the Pokemon franchise.

This game is bad.

SwSh crawled, wet and wriggling, so Scarlet and Violet could run.

Now, it's far from perfect (by any means), but it was a very pleasant surprise to play a good open-world Pokemon game. The roster's an all-time favorite, too.

For somebody who'd never played a Sinnoh-region game, I had a fantastic time! A fun story, (comparatively) innovative mechanics, and that good old-fashioned Pokemon charm came together quite well with this one.

I have some very fond memories of this game, and think it holds up quite well.

To be perfectly frank, I barely remember this game. I do quite like it's franchise, though.

A very solid addition to the groundwork set out by Splatoon, adding a lot without taking away from the experience. Made all the better by it's expansion.

The sole reason I love Splatoon 2 so much.

Wizard fortnite. That's pretty much it.

As outdated as this game probably is, it remains the first Monster Hunter game I finished. It somehow manages to combine the rip-roaring titan-hunting the franchise is known for with a character-driven story, something I was profoundly not expecting; equally surprisingly, it turns out pretty damn good.

A love-letter to the Monster Hunter franchise that fails to shine without the benefit of nostalgia.

A pleasant departure from the Monster Hunter formula: though not for everyone, it's a damn good time for fans in search of a twisty new fix.

Iceborne effectively adds a whole new games worth of content to an already expansive game, all of which is just as much fun as the source material.

I'm not entirely comfortable reviewing these story-based games before the story actually finishes, but I will say this:

That sure was Deltarune.

That sure was Deltarune again.

In all seriousness, I enjoyed this title a lot more than the first. The polish of having a team versus one developer really shines through.

This game is, undeniably, a piece of art.

Good game, too.
