Xenoblade Chronicles 3 feels like the perfection of the xenoblade formula as someone who has played the entire trilogy . With an amazing story and a cast of characters that feels truly alive combined with a beautiful musical score I feel comfortable calling it a modern day masterpiece and the best xenoblade game thus far
A very flawed game but the jank makes this weirdly charming for me. This was my first souls game so I may be biased but the felt like a truly unique experience , the tough but fair difficulty and the suffocating atmosphere of the world left a very huge impression on me and I still reminisce about my first play through to this day

I feel as though for it’s time the writing and presentation on display in this game were amazing. I think I was just hit with this game at the right time in my life because I played it during the beginning of the Covid lockdowns in my 11th grade year of highschool. A lot of the routes really spoke to me and I actually shed a tear at the good ending to Akiha’s but I found a lot of things like the H-scenes really weird and forced and the way they sexual assault which is already a very touchy subject was flat out gross but I still enjoyed my time playing this game nonetheless
It really feels as though they struck gold when they first began creating this game. While the story is very simple almost shounen manga/anime levels of simple the presentation is absolutely perfect. The gameplay is very simple especially compared to later entries in the series (which is to be expected) and a lot of the side content is flat out terrible xenoblade 1 feels like a chance taken at experimenting that went extremely well
This has to be the best dlc to accompany a souls game and perhaps one of the best pieces of dlc ever made. In my mind the old hunters and the base game of bloodborne feels inseparable and when rating this im giving both of them a 5. I don’t feel like I can say much more that hasn’t been said but bloodborne feels like a once in a lifetime masterpiece and the old hunters only bolsters it

We finally got the open world Pokémon game we were waiting for since the series inception and it was just OK. The music was great but that’s par for the course for Pokémon so it’s not really a groundbreaking statement. The story or atleast the ending of it was great actually which was refreshing after Pokémon sword and shields story which was in my opinion the worst story in the series to date. I’m not a stickler for graphics but the way this game looks is very rough in most places and the lack of a deeper character customization with clothing was very dissatisfying. With the controversy surrounding the games launch I do hope things improve because this series is very near and dear to me

This has to be one of the most catastrophic fumbles I’ve ever ever seen happen with any video game. People were buying switches solely for this game just for them to abandon it and stop updating it like a year after it came out and that’s tragic to me since I grew up playing so much new leaf and seeing the untapped potential here + having to wait so long for this

My favorite fire emblem game and in my top ten games ever. I feel like the presentation of the series peaked here even though we’re on home consoles and this is a 3ds game. I wonder if they’ll ever remake an older fire emblem in this style again because I reminisce about this all the time it felt perfect to me

I loved this game almost as much as the first and sunk alot more time into it but this truly feels like the beginning of when dark souls bosses stopped being about fair but punishing difficulty and starting to feed into the statements about dark souls being extremely hard. It’s so easy to get one tapped in your first run of a boss because you’re still learning and I feel like if the damage was toned down it would be alot better. No idea why they decided to remove upgrading armor but made every boss be able to kill you with a light tap
