Far Cry 4 is a great game and sequel that isn't as good as FAR CRY 3 or 2 but is still a great time to play through in terms of gameplay. Again with Far Cry having an amazing focus more so on the villain instead of the protagonist however in this situation... it feels like even though the open world is nice to go through and experience and have fun with, the story is a bit... crap.

Like the entire point is to fight against Pagan Min's dictatorship in the fictional country of Kyrat (which has elements of Nepal), however there are essentially 2 factions in a group that you can choose to side with via the 2 leaders of the "THE GOLDEN PATH" these being Amita and Sabal.
Amita is straight up unlikable and is overall just unreasonable with what she wants to do with Kyrat after the death of Pagan Min, which is make Kyrat a country that sells and distributes drugs to other countries, while forcing young kids to become soldiers against their will.
Then you have Sabal, who wants the past traditions of Kyrat to be reinstated and essentially try to make the country peaceful again.... yeah right. What actually happens is he forces the 14 year old Bhadra to become essentially a symbol and icon of "sins that can only be washed away in blood" and Sabal essentially wants a mass execution of Golden Path Members who sided with Amita, and people who sided with Pagan Min... along with those not willing to be apart of SABAL' s THE GOLDEN PATH government. Essentially if you side with Sabal you're siding with Mao Zendong or Joseph Stalin but for Kyrat. If you side with Amita you're siding with Fidel Castro.

Honestly... the best ending is the joke ending... so much so it's THE CANONICAL TRUE ENDING... that being that during the beginning of the game, the protagonist is traveling to Kyrat to leave his Mom's ashes and he meets his uncle... PAGAN MIN who is the leader of the country. Before that you're nearly attacked by rebels and nearly killed by a soldier only for him to save you, while your smuggler friend is captured and tortured.
What happens is you're eating at the dinner table with Pagan only for him to get called away for important business and asks you to stay and eat.

IF YOU STAY WAITING FOR 15 MINUTES Pagan will come back and take you to where you'll place your Mother's ashes next to her daughter... the protagonist sister he didn't know he had. Pagan Min shares a heart to heart moment with the protag and finally the last thing he says is... "Oh good! You feel better now? Get it out of your system? Good... Maybe now we can finally shoot some goddamn guns!" as the game ends and credits role.

This is a JOKE ENDING but was like much more than the other 2 endings and overall is such a nice addition that it's become THE CANONICAL ENDING OF THE GAME. As in a realistic situation, others would do the same.

I wanted to mention that the reason I've referred to the protagonist as "THE PROTAG" is because honestly AJAY (yes that his name) is literally non existent in terms of speaking, you experience everything through his eyes and he says nothing, which can be both a nice POV EXPERIENCE in terms of the gameplay but very weird in terms of the story.
Regardless, the game is great in terms of gameplay and exploring Kyrat, but the main story sucks in terms of both outcomes in terms of ACTUALLY EXPLORING the open land of Kyrat. But the secret ending (the canon one) is a great cherry on top.
No where near as good as Far Cry 3, but still a great experience.

Nirvana Plot Yume is a trial and error vehicle game where you essentially have to get from point A to B without hitting a red wall, a big wall, or falling off the track.

The game has a story that is actually very interesting and nicely told, which imo with the vibe the game was going for, it would've suited it better to just have been a visual novel, rather than a visual novel mixed with aspects of vehicle driving.

A big pro for the game is the story as essentially it deals with a washed up driver who essentially lost a race due to the connection between him and his eye (eye refers to vehicle assistant who shares a neural connection with the driver) who ends up having a cut off causing his Eye's death, and the results of the "race" (more so course driving) is a sector of the city was given to another area of the world the characters live in.

There are 6 characters in the game, however 1 of them is only seen at the beginning, that being the protag's original eye.

The other characters are:
•Yume - Pilot in training, who wishes to become the protégé of the Protag, as well as have a relationship with
• Eleanore Esch - Reporter asking the Protag for his story
•Mai Paget - Lawyer who has history with the Protag, and has nostalgic reciprated feeling of love towards him.
• Anselm - Yume's previous teacher who looks down upon the protag after what happened during the race.

The game essentially has you go through different courses with a percentage meter that gives so many tries... however it isn't really clear how the system works in the sense that, the maximum you can obtain is 100% or 125% but you lose 10% every time you mess up which was always strange to me.
If you lose your link percentage you fail the course however the game continues. The game ends with your decisions based on what relations you want to have with what character, so there's only really 3 to choose from: Yume, Eleanora, or Mai

All of them are good options as they all have something likable about them. Yume being a sweet, motivated, and kind apprentice, Mai having the history with the protag sharing a crush as well as caring about how he's been doing since his Eye's death, and Eleanora caring about trying to see the true form of the protag and love them for who they are.

End of the day its up to you who you romance as you usually get 2 or 3 options to do so (yes you can romance multiple of the girls, I'm not sure if in 1 play through you can do the 3 of them though)
The game imo should've had a harem route, but hey we can't all be winners.
Point is that the game has a great time developing this cool world that I think can honestly be explored further if they wish to continue it, but I would want them to make a fully fledged game using the beautiful artstyle and character designs they have.

The game has this 80s style vaporwave anime style which is just lovely to look at and relaxing with great music while racing, the overall atmosphere and esthetic is truly beautiful.

I think for what the game is, and for how much it costs its a nice experience. I recommend it 👍🏻

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle R is a great remaster, featuring all the DLC from the original game, as well as featuring newcomer characters exclusively for this new version of the game.

DLC characters:

1. Risotto Nero
2. ???
3. ???
4. ???

This remaster has decided to remove the story mode from the original and instead go for a challenge mode which goes through each different part with different challenges per mission, having both main fights, and extra fights with characters from other parts of Jojo.

Each part has specifc number of sections, with the longest being Part 3:

Part 1 - 1 Section
Part 2 - 2 Sections
Part 3 - 3 Sections
Part 4 - 2 Sections
Part 5 - 2 Sections
Part 6 - 2 Sections (Second Section was added after the Pucci and Weather Report Free DLC Update)
Part 7 - 1 Section
Part 8- 1 Section

Each fight is a stand fight with difficulties and challenges to overcome as well as secret missions to do, which involve the following types of secret missions to accomplish:

- Don't Lose Any Round
- Pull of a Counter Attack
- Pull off a STYLISH EVADE
- Taunt
- Use a Specific Special Move
- Use a Great Heat Attack (Ultimate Attack)
- Win a match by using a Specific Special Move to defeat your opponent
- Win a match by using a Great Heat Attack (Ultimate Attack)

Luckily even if you don't complete all of the missions you can replay the missions and get the missing missions complete, and still lose the match and it'll still count to the completion.
There are a total of 125 secret missions to complete. Completing these unlock new colors and costumes for the fighters. To make it easier to complete these missions, every loading before the main match allow you to spend coins to use for special ability cards that will help you in the match incase the difficulty is very hard.
Most of the ability cards are based on stands and specific moments from Jojo, which each serving specific abilities to help in the match:

- Having your Health regenerate anytime you're hit
- Having your super meter regenerate infinitely
- Having your super meter start off Max from the start of the match
- Having your opponent start off at half-health
- Having your opponent's health reduce continuously until 1 life point, regardless if they heal.
- Increasing your attack or defense, or both
etc.

You can use up to 3 ability cards, however similar ability cards will be unable to be used if you already have spent JOJO Coins on said ability card. Luckily you can keep reusing these for every fight.

The 1 mission I recommend using 3 cards specifically is during the Pucci (Final) Mission where you fight against Jotaro, the secret missions require you to activate Made in Heaven and then another mission you have to use an ability only Made in Heaven is able to use. Use these 3 cards:

- Pearl Jam - Continuously Heals you during the Match, regardless of how many times you get hit.
- Use the increasing Super meter card as it will always refill regardless if you used your GHA.
- Use Half - Health Card Against your opponent.

Reason being is because activating Made in Heaven is extremely difficult as Jotaro will stop you and refuse to allow you to perfectly say the 14 phrases to Green Baby, so constantly having your health regenerate is helpful, then once you have C-Moon the real hell starts.
You have to use your GHA and Pucci has to use the Door Frame to float up in the air for atleast 4-5 seconds without getting hit, the problem is that Jotaro's CPU will refuse to let you do this, unless you knock him down and quickly use GHA, which luckily with the refill card, will continuously allow you to try again multiple times. This singular mission requires you to have all these cards, as I believe it's impossible to do without trial and error and HIGH AMOUNT OF LUCK.

I had a great time with this game, and I hope the next DLC Characters are: Tooru (Part 8), Ringo Roadagain (Part 7), and Part 9's Jojo.

I recommend picking up ALL STAR BATTLE R as it is the definitive Jojo Fighting Game for modern consoles.

I recommend both All Star Battle R and Heritage for the Future to anyone who want awesome and fun JOJO Fighting games :D

DNF Duel is another great Arc Systems work fighter that features a fun unique cast of character to play as.

The game's artstyle, animation, and music are all amazing, and the world itself is beautiful.
The game features a story mode for 15 of the 16 total characters in the game. Each of the characters have unique abilities and super moves that make it a joy to play.

DNF Duel Features the flowing characters (they don't have names, as they're more so classes of characters to play as):

- Berserker - embowed with demonic powers, and a giant sword. He sort of is a fusion of Asura and any final fantasy character with a big sword. He wants to live in peace. His rival is the Vanguard

- Vanguard - Skilled warrior, similar to Maximus from Gladiator (2000), however unlike Maximus who wants to show how the Emperor is an asshole, but in this case, Vanguard is an asshole. He uses a spear to do deadly attacks, and has an endless hunger for battle, striving for someone to defeat him one day. His rival is the Berserker.

- Ranger - Ranger looks like a mafia gangster and is cunning and likable, and primarily uses a cowboy like battle style of the luck of the draw. He wants revenge against the Empyrean government for destroying his home and friends because the Empyreans assumed his people were terrorist. His rival is the Launcher.

- Launcher - The Launcher is a scientist engineer who uses massive explosive guns and laser weapons in her arsenal. She wants to protect the Empyrean Government by making it stronger to protect people, while trying to atone for her sins of the past. Her rival is the Ranger.

- Swift Master - A Dark Elf magic user who uses the ability of the wind to levitate and uses the wind to attack similar to that of an airbender from Avatar: The Last Airbender. His goal is to find a type of magic strong enough to stop a flood from destroying his home. His rival is the Enchantress.

- Enchantress - Small Dark Elf girl who has the ability to control dolls with her magic, as well as casting curses and barriers to protect herself. She's very mischievous and sneaky, and her entire reason for what she does is that she's bored and wants to see the world and fight strong people. Her rival is the Swift Master.

- Hitman - A serious hitman apart of a hitman organization. He uses guns and a katana to take out his targets dealing brutal blows with both weapons. His goal is to take out any targets his assigned to with his fellow Hitmen, and to deal with the mystery of the Wonders activation. His rival is the Trouble Shooter.

- Trouble Shooter - A chill mercenary who uses a gun and traps to attack, he's very chill overall. His goal is to take jobs and get money, and relax and drink alot. His rival is the Hitman.

- Grappler - A master of martial arts who wants to get stronger by defeating Masters of dojos he visits, in order to perfect his perfect martial art, as well as find out if there is a martial art he doesn't know about. He uses brutal throws, and grapples that can be charged up to cause massive amounts of damage. His rival is the Striker.

- Striker - Born in a dojo that was later destroyed by a martial arts master, having losing her masters and friends, she seeks revenge against the person Grappler.

- Crusader - A tall, muscular, and humble holy priest crusader who uses a giant hammer to smack down and away his enemies, along with the holy powers of God. His goal is to figure out the mysterious Holy energy that is the Will. His rival is the Inquisitor.

- Inquisitor - Crazy religious woman who uses an axe and fire to attack and burn her enemies. She is similar to the crusader in terms of how both represent the same religion however she's quick to jump the gun, and smite those who are not with the church. Her goal is to "cleanse" those imbued with the Will. Her rival is the Crusader.

- Kunoichi - A ninja dark elf who uses ninja moves and kunais to attack her opponent. She also has the abilities of fire, water, and lighting at her disposal to cause more damage. Her goal is not really her own, but it's mostly to investigate the will under orders of her master. Her rival is the Ghostblade.

- Ghost Blade - A fallen warrior resurrected by his sword, that act similar to that of a stand from JOJO. GhostBlade and Ghost battle along side eachother via Ghostblade being able to use Ghost as a helper when doing simultaneous attacks as super attacks. He doesn't speak much, nor have that much of a goal, but it can be presumed he wants to die at peace, as does Ghost. His rival is the Kunoichi.

- Dragon Knight - Dragon Warrior who has the ability to become a giant dragon, but also has a humanoid form with a helper small dragon. She fights with a Dragon Sword tail and a Dragon Head Gauntlet she can use to bite the opponent with and fly in the air. Her goal is to help the future of the dragon race. She has no real rival within the game, as all characters can be considered her rival as she is from the past.

- The Lost Warrior - The final boss of the game, he sort of looks like a mix between a Neanderthal and a Viking. He uses the power of will to do devastating, and power attacks. He's able to summon glittery giant sword spikes to attack, as well as switching places with the opponents he faces. He's essentially the Akuma or Shao Khan of DNF DUEL. His rival is the entire cast of DNF DUEL as he is the final boss.

The game story applies the same for all the cast of characters as it has the characters meeting with an "angel" named Nemyr who promises them glory and gifts if they obtain this energy called "Will" from other fighters on the characters adventures.
There are a total of 9 chapters, with 8 of them specifically having you fight, as chapter 1 is just a prologue, and the other 8 chapters have you fight other characters, with minimal dialogue in between segments.
The final chapter always has you fight the Lost Warrior, as SURPRISE SURPRISE Nemyr was lying to you the whole time, this causes her to summon him.
He respectfully fights and after being defeated, he banishes Nemyr to heaven and releases the Will within his body and returns it to all the dimensions he obtained his will from and the story ends all the same for all 15 characters.

Personally I find it lame the developers didn't take the time to have a epilogue for each characters, in terms of a picture still of what happened to each character after the fight. With many of the conflicts being unresolved post fight, like Swift Master trying to save his home. It's really lame that all the endings are just the same ending of Lost Warrior releasing his Will.

The game has a fun online multiplayer aspect, and fun customization with the 3d chibi models, along with the customization of the player cards and profile picture.

The game also has an arcade mode with 3 different difficulties and a chance to fight a stronger version of the Lost Warrior if you win all matches against all opponents before making it to the Powered Up Lost Warrior.

The game is another great Arc Systems works fighting game, but doesn't reach the level of fun of Guilty Gear, Blaz Blue, Or Dragon Ball FighterZ (My favorite arc systems works game, love FighterZ).

Still I recommend playing this as it's a fun fighting game to own, and luckily I was able to get a physical copy of it.

Fun Red Dead 2 Multiplayer Experience allowing you to roam in the world of RED DEAD 2 with your friends, taking jobs and bounties. It allows you to create your own cowboy or cowgirl and make a posse with your friends. The game mode features a lot of customization and weapons to play with your friends. The issue however is how Rockstar abandoned this mode in favor of their predecessor game GTAV, as RED DEAD ONLINE never got heist or any major update that makes the game worth playing.

The online is still fun, but it feels stuck. Still whenever me and my friends play we enjoy our time with it. :)

Tales from the Borderlands is an amazing story that was added on to the universe of Borderlands as it makes you see the perspective of those who aren't Vault Hunters, Psychos, Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters, or People who use guns that much.

We have the 5 episode master piece that is Tales from the Borderlands.

The game features 6 lovable characters in: Rhys, Vaughn, Fiona, Sasha, and Loader Bot. All in an entertainingly fun intertwined story.

The game features several new characters made specifically for this game, along with returning characters from previous games like Zer0, Athena, Brick, Mordecai, Scooter, Janey, Claptrap, and Handsome Jack.

The story is honestly one of the best when considering Telltale, as whatever you did in previous chapters actually effect how future chapters go on. The game is a treat to behold and might be the best Telltale game, along with Wolf Among Us. I don't want to give spoilers but it's a great addition to Borderlands... sadly ruined by 3. But enjoy it while ignoring 3's existence.

Fun Gem collecting game with the puzzle being the entire location your bear charges and runs like a maniac through. It's fun energetic and exciting, though has major difficulty spikes.

I played this on Atari 50 Collection and had a great time with it.

Adventure 1979 is iconic for being The 1st ever a game to have an actual Easter egg, with the Easter egg just being a credit. I find it very lovely to see that the developer in some way wanted to be credited for his work, and perhaps there were others helping him or who he worked with that also wanted credit, and he snuck it in.

This game is to be appreciated, because it gives the people who worked on the games their proper due credit. Also this game is an amazing adventure that is essentially, The 1st ever open world game, even though there's only 3 levels, you explore the entire castle/ecosystem and essentially you do puzzles to advance. While avoiding dragons.

The game is a beautiful and iconic game that inspired many things, and will always be remembered one of the Icons of Video Game History.
Played this on Atari 50 Collection.

Honestly, regardless if you think that this version does not compare with the arcade, it was an amazing adaptation of the arcade machine.
They worked with what they had and they actually made a really fun experience and I actually prefer over the regular asteroids. I honestly got think that this version of asteroid's, the Atari 2600 version is much better than the arcade version only because it's a lot more fast paced and while you don't have enemies who try to attack you, at the very least you actually feel like it's more controllable and faster.
It doesn't feel like the game is purposely trying to make you lose, it's more trial-and-error. But even then the game's difficulty is really easy but in my opinion a prioritizes more on attempting to get a high score rather than trying to make you survive for a long time while destroying asteroids.

Now if you want a more Galaxy/space feeling floating experience, while being more dangerous in terms of survival while destroying asteroids. Play the arcade version, but if you want a faster paced more fun and faster version of the game where prioritizes getting points, I recommend playing the Atari 2600 version.

Playing this on atari 50 collection, and allowing me to see Asteroids (arcade), Asteroids - Deluxe, and Asteroids 2600, I'm legit shocked how Asteroids 2600 ended up being the one I had the most fun with and will gladly play over and over, while the original arcade ill probably come back to it time to time, and I'll probably never touch deluxe as it feels worse.

The most basic math game you could ever play, that was officially sold for the 2600. But regardless of that, it's genuinely pleasant to listen and if you're really good at math, you'll enjoy it. However honestly this was made for kids who are barely starting multiplication and division but at the very least playing it an experiencing it once within the Atari 2600 was really nice.

It has a total of 8 modes:

1 - Addition - Choose a top Number
2. Subtraction - Choose a top Number
3. Multiplication - Choose a top Number
4. Division - Choose a top Number
5. Random Addition
6. Random Subtraction
7. Random Multiplication
8. Random Division

Each with unique colors to distinguish between them, though you should already know how to distinguish them because they're literally classified as 4 different types of math solving. Though I will say even though I'm a fan of multiplication, for the 7th mode which is random multiplication, they couldn't have picked worse colors to blend in to each other. They decided to pick this dark yellow with a darker yellow for the actual math problems so it's barely visible. I luckily can distinguish between the tones of yellow, but if your color blind you'd have no clue what the hell you're seeing.

Still though for what it is, I can see it being really helpful for kids back then, but it's honestly equivalent to playing with a calculator or doing homework at home. Still had a fun time with it even if it is just doing math problems. Played this on Atari 50

Great Animation from Yamamoto, however comparing this to the previous 2 entries, this one has less girls, and tedious minigames.

Still for the animation, it's top notch.
I also appreciate that Yamamoto is more open to having other characters doing the "deed"/ having sexy time, rather than just Roshi, as Cabba gets a special scene with Caulifla and Kale.

If you're expecting something life changing, it's not, but its a beautifully animated and hot Dragon Ball Hentai game, in a trilogy.

2600:
Dark Chambers is a very simple and explorative game in terms of having what essentially amounts to a wide open area to essentially go through like a labyrinth.

It has you playing a knight or a wizard that kills other mages and wizards, or ghosts/skeletons/master chief?
Essentially you have the ability to revert Ghosts into physical forms and destroying them:

Black WIzard (appears towards the later half of the game) -> Purple Wizard -> Ghost With Face -> Ghost Sheet -> Skeleton -> Master Chief Green Dude

Of course the amount of hits depends on which variant of enemy is attacking you. There's also this unimpressed looking Skeleton Head that is essentially an enemy spawner that when destroyed, gives you a special item.

Special items include things like:

· Golden Key - Opens doors
· Orange Bag - Gives you health
· Orange Barrel- Gives you points
· Golden neckless - Gives you points
· U shaped object - Gives you points.
· Black Door - Leads you to the next level

There are also objects that essentially try to kill you, but look similar to regular objects:

· X Bag - Looks like an Orange health bag, but will cause damage upon picking up.
· X Barrel - Looks like an Orange barrel, but will cause damage upon picking up.
· Black Explosive box - Assuming it is a TNT or an Explosive box of some sort, it tends to kill instantly or take a lot of health.

The game is very simple to go through but you'll have a fun time with it indeed.

Played on Atari 50

Haunted Houses is a great nostalgic sequel to the original Haunted house, with 4 different locations to explore with the entire goal being:

Collect the 3 piece of bots and escape the location before spiders, or a giant ghost skull appears and instantly kills you.

The game has this fun and simple esthetic that still has a creepy atmosphere, taking notes from more recent horror games.
It's a great game in the reimagining series, that honestly all of them are a treat to play, this one included. Even if it is a bit ridiculous that you're playing as a pair of floating eyes, the game still has an overall fun and creepy gameplay that makes it a treat to play.
I really appreciate the Behind the back point of view as it gives a more creepy and worrying feeling behind what might be behind any of the doors. However you can still play in the top down view like the original game.

It's a fun experience included within Atari 50 Collection.

The game starts off on a high with the space ship shooting and the 3D wire frame esthetic, being fun to shoot at the opposing ship. However it's when you then have to get on the the ship and destroy it from the inside where it just straight up feels cheap, unfair, and tedious as hell. With a bunch of enemies floating about, requiring you to go a specific area of the ship, all without getting hit by the enemies, nor getting hit by one of the ship hazards. AND THEN you have to escape the ship before it blows up while avoiding the same hazards. Really cheap, tedious and unfair because of how bad the controls become in the 2d sections.

When controlling the ship, it feels like a standard space shooter, it feels great, I don't know what happened when they were programming the side scrolling/2d interior ship sections but they're just tedious and has one of the most annoying jumps that requires you to hold the button in order to increase or decrease the amount of jump you want to do, rather than having a standard jump that can get into the areas easily, that and it doesn't help that the jump is floaty as hell leading to cheap deaths. It starts off so well then nose dives, such a shame.

Played on Atari 50.

Played within Atari 50:

This game combines 4 different Vector styled games into a fun action packed ride that honestly is just a treat to play though.
Each section is broken down as follows:

1 - Asteroids - Asteroids
2 - Lunar Lander - the controls here feel a lot more stable and actually controllable compared to the original.
3 - Solaris/Major Havoc (Space ship parts) - The game is fast paced sort of like Solaris, but has the aspect of shooting and avoiding obstacles like Major Havoc. There could be other games inspired for this 3rd section but these are the first 2 that come to mind.
4. Tempest - Tempest was already amazing so having it hear was a no brainer.

There's alot of trial and error but, it's a great inclusion in the Atari Reimagined line up I'll gladly play again.
